Good leaders don’t force sick or injured employees to work.
I’d much rather have those two be 100% then 50-60%
It doesn’t really matter at the start of a season either. It’s not like we’re the sharks or sabres
We know these two are on the team for opening night. There is no need to force anything.
I’d much rather have two of our best defensive players at 100% than force things for pleasantries.
