  1. Mona is simply a winning baseball player.

That was a gutsy ass win when nothing went our way all night. Absolutely love to see that resilience going into the postseason.

  2. I got a buddy attending PHI @ ARI so I feel good about more positive juju flowing my way tonight.

  3. I knew we could get the runs and win the game but I hate Saint Louis so much and always think some galactic bullshit is going to happen when we are here.

    This was awesome

  4. I love this team so much. Definitely had quite a few worrying moments in this game, like when we kept on hitting rockets right at people, and when they kept on getting bloop singles, but we got out of it and pulled off the win. Hopefully Gasser does well if he is starting like McCalvy said

  5. I forget who said it but we had the most hard hit outs this game of any game by any team this season. Dunno if that’s true, but that makes this win feel twice as good

  6. Did you guys see how well Koenig played that on defense? He faked to force the runner back, threw a STRIKE to Mona, calmly knowing how much time he had, and then the runner stupidly ran to 3rd and MONA threw a PERFECT strike.

    What a sequence!

  7. It’s funny how you can watch so many games and still see new things. That 1-3-5 DP in the 10th was awesome.

  8. Anyone got a highlight of the 10th inning double play? I heard it on the radio but would really love to see it.

  9. After tonight I think it is clear that Chad Patrick is more ready for post-season pitching slot than Mis. Gotta go for it and not use a really young thrower just for the sake of using him.

  10. Poetry is Cardinals trying to Brewer Ball Milwaukee all night and losing on a poor running decision

  11. Brewers win, Cubs lose, Phillies lose, Bill is okay. That’s about as good a night as you can hope for.
