  1. Well that sucks.

    But we showed some life.

So hopefully Jason Alexander does Jason Alexander things and we can salvage one game.

And then hope and pray for the…Rockies and Dodgers…ugh.

  2. Only took us losing half our team to the IL for the majority of the season for the division to even have a chance. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  3. Likely getting swept tomorrow as this team hasnt shown any ability to be able to eke out a win.

This loss is mostly on FRAUDber valdez being utter dogshit again

  4. Get fucked by the umpire, outhit the other team and still only scored all our runs on one swing, and lose in dramatic fashion.

If you don’t like that, you don’t like Astros baseball.

  5. In 24 hours we’ve gone from leading the division and knocking on the door of the #2 seed, to on the outside looking in for a wild card spot.

  6. Oh well, onto 2026.
Walker is the next Abreu, Cintron should’ve been gone but he has whatever blackmail on Crane that he can’t be let go, Framber went out on a sour note, but hey at least we scored today and they weren’t a tease the whole game.

  7. I get it, frustrating offense.

This game is entirely on Framber and an ump who took away multiple AB’s early from our players with bad calls.

We also win this game with Yordan out there.

A season riddled with injuries that just ran out of steam. What should have been a lost season likely dies at the hands of a series like this.

  8. I’d like to see the stats on that catch. He came out of nowhere to grab it. Hindsight sending Jake was dumb, but if that ball drops, it’s a tied game. If the runners hold up and it drops, we just score one.

  9. Losing momentum with 7 games left. Not holding my breath given that the A’s already 4 game swept us.

  10. Brutal truth, Mariners are the better team. Their guys came through whether hitting or pitching.

  11. Fire this entire fucking staff. What in the actual fuck was that send. Holy shit. He was still waiving him literally as he caught the ball. FUCK

  12. My opinions on today’s game

    1. We don’t really have an option right now because pitching is so thin, but Framber Valdez is my 3rd least favorite Astro of all time. He doesn’t care about this team, hell maybe he’s throwing games intentionally at this point because “they’re already hurting my stats anyway”

    2. Kristian K Walkker needs to go too. I don’t care how good he’s supposed to be, and hell with our luck he’ll probably be good next year too if he’s on a different team.

    3. Whoever is responsible for our offensive approach needs to be fired tomorrow. It feels like only 2 players are doing anything competitive right now in Peña and Caratini

    4. Please bring back Caratini

    5. We need to actually assume pitchers will get injured next season. 2 years in a row Brown has failed horribly by not getting enough pitching. Last year he even said he thought we had enough. We did not. Pitchers get injured. It happens, all the time. You don’t have enough pitching until you have “too much” pitching. And even then you can still use more.

    6. Espada screwed us hard, I’ve defended him all year, but using Gordon after Framber shit the bed (again) and then pinch hitting Walker. I get it, there’s still 7 games left, but this series should’ve been managed like a playoff series, and Espada did not do that. Im aware Framber gave up enough to lose all on his own, but that extra run Gordon gave up, A could’ve been more and B could’ve potentially lost us the game if we scored one more

    7. Baserunning continues to be terrible. Not much to say really, we haven’t been good in the base paths in years.

    8. Man we are screwed without Yordan.

    9. I told y’all E-Sock would be rusty. He had no minor league rehab and went straight into a big series, I wanted to be wrong, but man we really can’t count on him until he shows us we can again. And that’s not a knock on him. It’s hard to come back from injury down the stretch with no rehab. Any player would struggle here.

  13. Umps fucking us, Walker letting us down tonight, and running into our own double out… Astros baseball 100%
