Bucs OL is hurt so hopefully we can get a few sacks. Hope sauce can shut down egbuka
They gotta win at least one of these next two games or the season is going to be truly dire.
Nothing like a week 3 must win or the season is over game
Season is over with a loss today. Please stunt on these hoes Tyrod
The Jets have to win a game eventually….right?
Hoping tyrod can at least help the offense to play in rhythm today.
Week 3 and the season is already on life support. If you don’t like that then you don’t like Jets football.
JJ being out is probably the Worst out of all these injuries
I am ready to be hurt again
If this team wins, the meltdown will be delicious
Here I go again, giving up another Sunday to watch this team. I so desperately want to start a Sunday really believing this team has a great chance to win.
My cat, who we just got fixed and is in a cone, just peed on my jets blanket. Is this a good sign or a bad sign?
Tampa wins this by 27 or more. Or the Jets win by 3 or less.
My name is Woody Johnson I’m owner of the New York Jets I don’t think Charlie Kirk was all that great
This team is not ready for prime time football. Woody Johnson is the worst owner in the NFL.
I just want to see competent football today. Minimal mistakes, superb effort on both sides of the ball and solid play calling. Winning would be a sweet cherry on top.
Time to start the weekly dance of finding a Redzone stream that’s reliable, so I can still watch football when I inevitably can’t stomach watching the Jets anymore and don’t want my Sunday to be ruined by them. Would still love to see a W though
Every year when the Jets are realistically out of the playoffs I actually start rooting against them as I am looking forward to getting a better pick in the following year’s draft. Anyone else do this?
Unless there is a situation where there is real progress regarding building for the future. However, that has been extremely rare with the Jets.
Egbuka bout to have 200 yards on stephens
Drew Brees on the pregame show still looks like he can throw accurately, can we sign him?
Bet my FIL $50 the jets win today JETTING UP!!!
In New Hampshire for NASCAR. Hoping our boys win. Got my Jets hat on in Pats Country lol
I will say, it’s nice not to be freaking out at 0-2. This is exactly what we were expecting from this season coming in. Let’s just see some good development from the young guys and try to keep this one close.
I have just one realistic hope for today: I hope this will be the last game we see Stephens and Clemons out there
Bold prediction… Sauce will record a sack and an INT today
I fucked up and didn’t make other plans today
Have my bike ready by the door. Soon as things begin to go south I’m going out for a ride, like last week. Did wonders for my mental health
[The Jets Twitter account](https://x.com/nyjets/status/1969802138932142086?s=46&t=hUtbwo94QIfsHrncc2xJkQ) doesn’t even know what thigh pads are 😭
Are we all jumping ship by half time?
With the Jets and Mets on at the same time it could be a long afternoon.
Any links to watch the game ?
Either way today’s gonna be a good day. I got some beef cooking in the slow cooker for Birria Tacos later
Little wildcard to consider amidst all the talk about each team’s injuries; special teams.
Our special teams were *horrific* on Monday in Houston. We had a punt blocked, and no bullshit we could’ve had *three*. Our punter, Riley Dixon, has one of the slowest windups I’ve seen maybe ever, and clearly protections are jacked up. More importantly, Chase McLaughlin. “Money” McLaughlin has been really uncharacteristically terrible so far. He’s missed multiple kicks, including a PAT, and when a Bucs kicker loses his marbles, he never finds them again.
If this comes down to special teams…let’s just say I’ll be very uncomfortable.
