I know we want to say that, hey, Bellich and Brady made them relevant because they were terrible. What was it? Six and 10 the year before in 2000 in Bellich’s first year as head coach of the Patriots. But Parcels brought them from complete irrelevancy when he became the head coach. They were terrible. And what I mean by that is if you look at the AFC standings, and I’ve talked about this, and I will bring this up for you guys cuz I think I have it so I can bring it up for us. But this game right here has a lot more implications than we really think it’s not. Like it’s only week three. They’re like, “Hey, it’s still you’re still getting warmed up for the season.” But like I think this game could have a lot of meaning as we get into later down the line, like week 18, because these are my contenders. And hell, Jacksonville or Houston, if Houston loses today, you knock them out. You have the Bills, the Colts, the Chargers, and the Ravens. Those are my division winners right now. And the Colts play the Titans today. If they go 3 and 0, there you go. They’re pretty much a lot to in the division cuz the Texans will also be 0 and3. So those are your four division winners. Then you have the Chiefs which even though they’re 0 and2 I think that they are going to be easily come back make the playoffs. Like we we know this every single time. Every single time. And you have the Patriots, the Broncos, the Steelers, and then the Jags to the Texans because whoever wins that game. You have seven teams that can make the playoffs. The Dolphins are out. The Bengals are out because they don’t have Joe Burrow. They’re done. So now you have the Steelers, the Broncos, and the Chiefs because you gota you got to think that the Chiefs are a lock to make one of the you a lock to make the five seed. I think the Broncos are a lot better than the record shows. Even though they’re one and one, they should be 2 and 0, but a leverage call, BS leverage call against the Colts. And then the Steelers and the Jags. The Patriots beat the Steelers. If they are both 10 and seven or 9 and 8 going into week 18 at the end of the year, the Patriots hold the tiebreaker over the Pittsburgh Steelers, they get that jump over them to make the playoffs. If the Steelers beat the Patriots today, they get the tiebreaker. So, you go down the line, if these both these teams are nine and eight, fighting for that seven seed, the tiebreaker says it all. And they’re going to go all the way back to week three of whoever wins this game. So, I think this is a must-win for New England. You go up two and you go up two and one on the season. You also have that tiebreaker over the Pittsburgh Steelers. It is a big big big big big game. John Marie says if we lose, it’s over because knowing this team, we’re going to go one and five over the next weeks. If they lose next week, they play the Panthers. The week after the Bills, you got to think that was that would probably be a loss. Then you play what is it? the Titans, the Browns, the Saints, all [ __ ] teams. Come on. Like, if the Patriots win this game today, there is a big possibility that they could start the season five and two. They could start the season five and two. And it’s a big game for them. And I’m nervous because you’ll find out the first drive and it it’s going to be it’s going to be tough. But I have confidence. I have a lot of confidence.
