WOW 😲 Daylen Lile turns on the jets in extras with an INSIDE-THE-PARK HOME RUN for the Nationals πŸ’¨

Now it’s Dalon Lyle who gets a right-hander for a change and he’s one for two against Rogers. Worry about his shoulder on that one diving. Way he went in. [Music] Hit a triple. Oh, that we asked for that now. Hit a triple. [Applause] See right there. Just doesn’t feel too good. Two and0. Wow. ready to unleash. Mets are playing their 13th extra inning game of the year. They’re three and three home and road with a foul to two. Yeah, he gets his foot down early and you just see it. He can wait. Throws the hands at it. Still not there. Was it 83 [Applause] Lyall out to left center back is Mullins and it’s over his head. Triple go. It hits off the wall. Scoring is Chaparo. Dalen Lyle is chopped again. It might be CU later. Inside the park home run. Oh, and that was clean. We’re going to give him the record of the triples, too, on that one. Bob, what a effort. And what a call right there by Ricky Gutierrez. Dale Lyle running all the way through looking at this third base coach who’s saying, “Let’s go.” City Field is stunned. The Nets dugout just going crazy. 53 Nats. And back to the mound goes the bouncer from Robert Hassel the third. What more can you do? Dalen Lyall. My goodness, just that inside out swing, that carry, that backspin that he gets on that. He’s off and running. Only Jiren Durant couple days ago has run a faster inside the park homer. 14.71 Jiren Duran. Dalon Lyall 14.86 home to home.

Daylen Lile hits an inside-the-park home run to give the Nationals the lead against the Mets in the 11th inning on September 20, 2025.

  1. I'm a Nationals fan and I still think that Kevin Frandsen is the least neutral commentator in the league. I'd imagine that it bothers people, but if you think it's acceptable, that's great. Feel free to share your opinions

  2. Soto should have been the first to that ball and held Lile to β€œjust” a triple. Extra sweet that Soto was the last out with a strikeout and then argued the call on a beautiful strike IN THE ZONE. Overpaid chump.
