And we’re going to live by those words. The first one that today’s word today’s word is is competitive. We have to be more competitive. [Applause] We have to care more. We have to care more in everything we do. It has to impact you. [Applause] We have to be connected. We have to be connected as an organization from top to bottom. Come down offensively and we have to be consistent as an organization. I’m into meant to being consistent day in and day out. [Applause] We need to be consistent. We have to be a little bit more competitive. We have to care a little bit more. We have to be a little bit more connected. Now we start making some strides.
