I always thought Kendall Marshall was going to be good. Silly me.
I have nostalgia for Jordan Hill.
Kendall “next Steve Nash” Marshall and Meeks were legit that season, and Hill was at least fun.
But maaaan, was that period rough.
This might have also been the first Swaggy P season. He was also a bright spot during those dark times.

Started too many NBA 2K leagues as them just to try to make them a better team 😭 first few years were usually a lot of losing and a lot of 3s put up because of Meeks and Kelly lol
2022 – westbrook/bradley/ellington/stanley johnson/deandre jordan easily worse
The problem with that lineup was they are all role players. They were just waiting and looking for someone else to takeover lol that was a bad year but I have some fond memories from that team. Also just think how other teams in the league have these lineups year round like Washington or Orlando a few years ago lol
Jordan Clarkson, Wayne Ellington, Ryan Kelly, Tarik Black, Robert Sacre starting lineup may have been worse

Bazemore and Meeks weren’t bad at all, just not good enough to lead at all. 3-4 player options on other teams they would’ve been stars lol
