The Pittsburgh Steelers are #2 in redzone TD conversion % through 3 weeks.

Wasn't long ago Mr. Kenny Canada had us bringing up the bottom on this chart.

Does not feel like it but man multiple passing touchdowns in 3 games does feel surreal rn after the last 5 years
Great. Now we just need to get there more often.
Houston hasn’t scored a TD from the RedZone?! đź‘€
Crazy this would be higher if Austin didn’t get in the way of the muth TD
It’s hard to feel like this stat is significantly representative this early in the season, when the #3-#8 teams behind us are a combined 6-12.
Including the disaster Dolphins, Jets, and Browns, the mid Bears, and the Bengals that just lost by 38
Generally surprised honestly. They need to continue this too. Although I do love long td’s too.
Rodgers effect.
That is excellent. Well done Smith and Rodgers.
That’s the Aaron Rodgers difference. He’s always been a great red zone QB and thrown lots of touchdowns. I believe he has more 40 TD pass seasons than anyone else, and he has never thrown for more than 5,000 yards in a season.
Having DK + Jonnu+ Pat + Washington makes a huge difference. All of them can win 1 on 1
It’s good to see that we’re converting at a high rate but it doesn’t really matter when the volume is so low.
2nd in redzone TD conversion % doesn’t mean much when you’re **tied for 4th worst attempts in the league.**
We hit 2 goal line fades last week in a league where goal line fades have like an 11% success rate
We’re number 2 alright….
Probably number 1 in “crossing the 50, getting at least a field goal” percentage too!
But I keep hearing here that nothing has changed, same old same old.
We do good redzone TD scoring. Just getting to the redzone is our issue.
Feel like I remember seeing a stat that every pass Rodgers has completed in the redzone this season has been for a TD
I remember when we would be able to get to the endzone easily and then completely shit the bed, now it’s the opposite lmao
And where are we on “getting to the redzone %?”
It feels like the opposite of last year.
We could get to the redzone, but scoring was downright impossible with Russ throwing. This year, we struggle to get down there, but if we do, Rodgers dices teams up.
should’ve been 8/8 but CA3 had to do the most
damn houston you ok?
rodgers has more passing tds in 3 games than kenny pickett had in all of 23-24
4/5 for those who want to know the exact numbers. Need to get to the red zone A LOT more frequently, but it’s good to know that we are cashing in when we do get there.
If we actually had a good defence, Rodgers would clean up on short fields. Probably is he’s having to play catchup because we’re always giving up points on defence.
