I hate the Chiefs but how are they clearly not 1 or at least top 3? Lol
In Licht we trust
Chiefs and eagles and then us I’d say. 5 straight playoffs and a ring
Licht is as good as it gets right now, and the owners stay out of the way. Can’t really ask for more.
I think this is a solid top 8 that could probably be rearranged in any number of ways. I’m just glad we’re represented
I’m happy our front office is recognized and we actually deserve the recognition.
It’s certainly been a strange five plus years as a Bucs fan.
Glad Licht is FINALLY getting his well deserved recognition.
I wouldn’t put GB above Tampa. Licht and co have built a stronger team top to bottom

I think who got a Super Bowl, landed Brady then has got us still doing well after rebuilding should have more credit. At least four for us.
On other hand just no particular order to all these teams work.

And arguably #1 in the category of cap management and getting maximum value from players with fair contracts terms (not “moneyball” more like “Bucball”)!

I think this is a fair list except GB should be nowhere on here at all. Outside of Jerrah essentially handing them Parsons they have been slightly better than a dumpster fire that was bailed out by a HOF QB for a decade.
There’s no way Packers or Bills are ahead of the Bucs FO. The Bills have Josh Allen carrying them and the Packers have been over hyped for years… the Parsons trade doesn’t just erase their inability to roster a secondary or receivers for years.
