Normally, we fuck this up. Hopefully Harbaugh prevents that but I totally get the paranoia
I’ve been nervous about every game since 2007
I’m on the same boat.
Harbaugh stacking wins on games like this will chip at that uneasiness but still.
I’m trying my hardest to tell myself Harbaugh makes them a different team..but Im soooo hurt.
I agree. It’s three things for me
–
1. We just watched Herb get hit more than he ever has in a game, and the Giants defensive front could do more of the same.
2. Jaxson Dart is a mystery, which is unsettling.
3. They’re desperate. 0-3, dying for a win. A head coach that may go all out to save his job. In the NFL it’s never easy, and it’s even tougher when the team you’re playing lost the week before.
The PTSD is real but there’s been more than enough games that show Harbaugh knows how to close out close games.
Their biggest strength (d-line) vs our biggest weakness (o-line). I think this is like 10-3 or 14-10 final.
Depending on how the game goes the reactions are either going to be that Dart is the next coming messiah of the NFL, or, “yeah of course, it’s his first start against an a absolutely red hot chargers team what do you expect?”
Pre-Harbaugh days we’d play to our opponent’s strength and lose games we were supposed to win. This is the trappiest of trap games. Dart is an unknown, and NYG is more fired up with their future QB starting and getting a win vs the Chargers would be a massive.
I’m not saying we’re going to Charger the game like the rest of the league hopes we do. The team’s chemistry is at a high and they’ve bought in. I think most are in the belief we’re going to win, so a loss would be a shocker. In Harbaugh and Minter we trust
and Roman.
It’s the trapiest of trap games
* Winless team
* Starting rookie QB for the first time that will surely inject more energy into the rest of the team
* Earlier start
* Cross country travel
* Easy for the team to look past the Giants and focus on the harder opponent in the Commanders the following week
if bum ass staley was still the coach i would be worried but this team is built different
This has got to be the most bizarre collection of Chargers “fans” I’ve ever come across. I basically said the same thing, trying to temper expectations, and got a bunch of down votes. I guess the difference is I didn’t include a meme. Is everyone in this subreddit 13 years old?
I think we as fans just have ptsd from the countless years of losing games we had no business losing. Remember back to last year, we put away NE, NO, Tennessee, etc. We won’t lose this game but let’s not get prideful now

We make rookie QBs miserable.
I’m more concerned of Dexter Lawrence
lol 😂
Dropped game to the cardinals last year comes to mind but Harbaugh should have them ready to go.
Giants are shit, they’re getting cooked
It is a trap game. They have nothing to lose. With that being said our defense alone should make Dart miserable. He believes he’s a gunslinger so he should give us a few opportunities with turning him over. We should handle them or we aren’t the team we believe we are.
I feel like Koo will be put in and make a huge kick just so the Media will hype him up again as the greatest to ever do it forgetting his PTSD inducing run with the Chargers
