i miss june so fucking much.
Embarrassing

Its over
The only thing I know for sure is that this season is going to end on a Christian Walker strikeout
1 fucking run this series against the A’s is inexcusable. Also is that a season series loss?
Jose Abreu just came back to us in a Christian Walker mask, that’s my theory.
And just like that our division title streak is over
The medical team, strength and conditioning teams, the hitting coaches, the game planning coach, the FO
Gut it all out, every single fucking one.
Onto 2026!
8 out of 12 batters couldn’t even get on base, and altuve and Correa were the only ones to do it twice. Fire the hitting staff
Seems like we have more shutouts instead of games with more than 5 runs lately.
Throw in the flag and rest up for next season.
Hunter Brown could have e pitched a perfect game and it still wouldn’t have been enough. This offense is terrible. Being in the bottom 5 of the league in runs scored is a problem that needs to be addressed

Looks like retaining the boot was our ceiling this year. Gonna be on the outside looking in for the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

At least we have the ~~Texans~~ ~~Rockets~~ stress free winter to look forward to.
I will always remember that Dodgers blowout, and hopefully that’s all I remember from this season.
We’ve now been shut out 12 times this season – including EIGHT times in their last 37 games.
Tigers fan checking in – almost hilarious that the 2 subs comments are exactly the same lol
We share the pain of a baseball team that doesn’t want to win
Well, see y’all next season for another rollercoaster of “we’re so back” and “we’re frauds.”
Dunno what’ll happen in the off-season, but I guess we’ll find out soon.
The team looks gassed
I was a big dusty hater in his last year with us, but i feel like players would rather play for him than espada.
Hes just uninspiring as a manager
We now have 7 fewer runs scored than *the Rangers* whos offense was god awful most of the year
Hitting coaches gotta go after this year. Our approach at the plate has been atrocious

Valdez pitching tomorrow…
Edit: Detroit ?
Luckily Framber’s pitching tomorrow. If recent history is any indication he’ll be the one to get us back on track
The Astros look like they have checked out and want to go home. We will see if they still have any fight in them left. The division is lost but they can still make the last wild card and possibly play Seattle again and maybe get a different result next time around.
The final wild card seed is starting to remind me of that South Park episode where everyone wants the season to be over. Neither Detroit or Houston are showing any type of urgency right now. The sad part is that even if Detroit finishes 0-4 and completes the most historic collapse in MLB history, they could still get in if Houston finishes 1-3 due to Detroit owning the tiebreaker.
I highly doubt that happens since the Angels are actively in tank mode, but if Houston somehow finds a way to finish 1-3 in that final stretch while the Tigers go 0-4, I will be at a loss for words.

Injuries killed the team, sadly. Peña’s injury was the icing on the cake, too hard to swallow after Yordan’s. You cannot expect a happy clubhouse environment after so many key injuries like a loop. Not to mention the Valdez attitude, of course. That’s an awful mix. I get that blaming Espada is the easy way, but it’s unfair because no manager can do magic about it. He actually did wonders given the context because the team resisted more than many expected. That’s why even some were considering him as the MOY only a week ago.
That said, maybe the team needs a total reboot, and Espada and the entire staff get fired. Okay. But he wasn’t the main guilty for the situation, not even close.
