The Lakers have shown strong interest in Kessler and he had some decent stats last season. But I'm split on whether this is a good trade to make.

  1. That’s gotta be nonsense. Wasn’t it lower at the deadline, also can’t he just try to sign here next year anyways.

  2. I really hope he denies any contract extension with the jazz and signs to the lakers on a team friendly deal for free just because I know it’ll have Danny ainge seething.

Nvm he’s a restricted free agent so can’t be for free.

  3. ima be honest i dont think lakers will ever trade austin reaves especially if he elevates his playmaking and defense

  4. Do Jazz know we have Ayton now? One of them has to sit. Then give up Reaves AND picks? What the fk

  5. I mean we have Ayton. The big need is the perimeter defender who can score 15ppg. We have expiring salary of about 40 mil between Rui, Gabe, Kleber.

  6. Kind of odd that they ‘value him so highly’ when they won’t even give him a new contract.

  7. If we didn’t get Ayton then yeah but let’s give Ayton a chance to play with two top ten guys.

  8. As a Jazz fan, extremely unlikely a team will pony up the offer that’ll take for the Jazz to trade him. He’s available, but the Lakers would be better off seeing if this Ayton marriage can succeed and extending him if it does

  9. AR15 is undervalued in the market. Lakers shouldn’t trade unless they’re getting a borderline all-star in return because that’s what I think AR15 will be this season.

  10. I’m good, we’re the Lakers. If teams want to trade with us, they need to be on the losing side. Gabe Vincent, take it or leave it.
