  1. Yet another game where the offense does absolutely nothing. Haven’t scored more than 4 runs since the last day of Angeles series, and the only reason they scored 4 was because of the Manfred runner. I just want the franchise record in wins and we are sure dragging it out.

  2. What a disappointing game. Literally the only thing worth celebrating today was Chourio getting a stolen base for consecutive 20/20 seasons.

  3. Enough with the BS lineup. (Obviously not the only reason why).

Move frelick to leadoff Yelich back to middle of lineup. Maybe give Hoskins some AB’s for the love of god lol. Did he kill someone? They aren’t scoring without him and Bauers is who he is. Hoskins ceiling is higher than Bauers.

  4. That was a game where one team was fighting for their lives and the other one wasn’t. 3 hits all game. This offense better get it together before Oct 4th or it will be one and done. Doesn’t matter who they play.

  5. Bleh. End of season regular performance isn’t predictive of post season performance but it’d still make me feel better if they broke out of this little offensive funk they’re in.

  6. Feels like we are about 0-30 when it’s a sellout this year. Little bit concerning for the playoffs

  7. We’re going to get stomped in the playoffs and a bunch of you are going to be so shocked as if the writing wasn’t on the wall.

We’re banged up and the offense is in a multiple weeks long slump now. I don’t think they’re magically going to snap out of it

  8. I checked, and it said Mets don’t have tiebreaker over the Reds or Diamondbacks, who would be 1 game back if they win.

  9. On the bright side, our pitching is looking stellar and getting Quintana & Megill back is going to only make it better. We’re getting the contact so hopefully the bats will heat up again, you never know.

But this was kinda my fear going into the deadline and not picking up a bat. They didn’t need one then but it’d be nice to have now. But that’s baseball.

  10. At what point do we start getting concerned over how Medicare this team has played over the past month? Don’t love coasting into the playoffs like this

  11. I purposely was not in the GDT today. Mostly because of company- but with the loss was it all doom and gloom? Or do we feel good about at least grabbing one this series?

  12. ![gif](giphy|3ePb1CHEjfSRhn6r3c|downsized)

@ Mets I know I know it’s our job. I’m just being funny.

  13. Very concerned, this offense won’t get us far. We need to get hot again and quick, maybe the first round bye will help

  14. I really do not like how things are going on offense. 3 runs should not be an insurmountable hill. We’ve lost 4 of 7 series in september and we’re 21st in runs scored this month. Sometimes it’s regression to the mean and we weren’t going to stay july/august hot forever but it just feels like we’re not even trying if we fall behind early. I’d say maybe the reds are just hot but they just lost 2/3 to the pirates.

  15. Us doomers just biding our time. We let you all have your fun all summer but it’s our time to shine.

  16. Dont need an offense when we’re going to no hit everyone on the way to winning the World Series boys

    MIND GAMES

  17. I didn’t watch the game because I was seeing a show, but I gotta say people seem to really be taking this one way too seriously.

This series basically just doesn’t matter. Nobody got hurt. That’s the important thing. Priester had a solid outing, and just didn’t get any help from the offense it seems. Nobody is injured; that’s as good as a win in my book.

  18. Tomorrow I’ll be able to watch/listen so we’ll definitely win. Glad the Mets lost to make our sacrifice worthwhile, pressure is on Philly and not us anyway.

I am pretty sure that I will never want to feel the way that [the new Silent Hill game seems like it would make me feel](https://youtu.be/CAjCy94hUFI?feature=shared). I was grabbing the weekly free game on the Epic store and decided to watch the trailer to see where the franchise was at. That’s a big no from me, dawg.
