32 In 32: Day 24 – San Jose Sharks

All right, 32 and 32 is now on to the San Jose Sharks. Let’s hop in. Looking at your management here for San Jose, you have Mike Greer, top tier general manager. I’m very high on him. And then Ryan Morsovski as the head coach. Not bad. Not a bad coach. Overall, I have a lot of trust in this management, but mainly because of this guy, because this guy has been absolutely incredible since coming to San Jose. And that’s probably the most positive thing about this team besides these four and maybe a couple others. Anyways, this forward core not very strong. The top six isn’t bad with the new ads of Skinner and God and obviously you got Kurishv there too. I do think Misa could be on this team as well. We’re going to have to see. But overall, uh it’s not a horrible forward core, but it’s still pretty weak. And this is folks the worst defense in the entire National Hockey League. Uh yeah, this is rough with the ads of Orlof and Clingberg. Not great. Just going to be honest with you, not great. And in net, there is some positive. You have Yaruslav Ascarov as your starting goal center. You have Alex Nadulkovich as your backup goalender. I believe Ascarov should be their main guy this year. He played solid last year even though his numbers weren’t that great with the Sharks. And then Nadalovich was rough last year with Pittsburgh, but he’ll get a chance to kind of turn his career around here a little bit with the Sharks and maybe pull a Blackwood possibly, but he’s a little older than Blackwood, so maybe who knows. Yeah, San Jose probably a bottom three team this year, honestly. Could be last in the entire National Hockey League again this year. But will they be fun? Absolutely. And that’s really all that matters if you’re the San Jose Sharks.
