With today's win, the Chicago Cubs have secured the top seed in the National League Wild Card standings. The San Diego Padres are set to leave for Chicago after Sunday's game and prepare for a best of three playoff matchup against the Cubs. Game times TBA.

  2. I live in Chicago & I would have loved to watch the Pads play at Wrigley. I came to San Diego for a vacation & will miss the WC series. Glad I got to see that Tatis grand slam at Petco though. LFGSD!

  3. We played 6 times in the first 15 games of the season back in April.. Cubs took 2 of 3 at Wrigley. Padres took 2 of 3 at Petco the next week. Both teams scored 25 runs total over the 6 games! We just lost Laureano for the first round. Cubs just lost Horton for the first round. Looking forward to this matchup. Gonna be a fun series.
