  1. We got everything we needed, but not finishing with the franchise record in wins would be a bit disappointing. It’s dumb to care about it, but I just want it because this year has been so fun and I think they deserve it. Hopeful for tomorrow.

  2. Pretty worried about the team now. Cool we got the #1 seed, but we’ve been a sub-500 team for a month now. Hopefully we can head into the playoffs on a positive with a win tomorrow.

  3. Cool that we clinched it with the best record and all, but I feel bad for fans attending these last games to see a team playing this bad. Hopefully, this is a funk that a few days off can remedy because we looked like ass out there.

  4. I used to watch the brewers in the early 90s. This felt like that time except for my guys actually hit the ball.

  5. I really hope Pratt takes off in AAA next year because I don’t know if I can stomach another year of Ortiz at the plate

  6. At least we made it competitive after a pathetically atrocious start. But wow do these guys need a mental reset. They are just making AAA-level mistakes all over right now.

  7. idk why people are concerned. we had 2 of our best bats in frelick and contreras resting and pitched a Miz coming out of the bullpen for his first time ever, AAA rodriguez, and Gasser coming off of TJ after pitching only 3 innings this year. We did fine given what we threw out there. Tm we just gotta get MeGill and Hall some reps, have no one get hurt and we’re good to go

  8. Well that was a dud, hopefully they get the win tomorrow to break the season wins total before a well earned week-ish off.

  9. Fuck the ny mets and pete alonso. And why not, FTC. #1 baby. Lets get some rest and come Back hot as hell to winn the NLDS

  10. Clinching the division and the 1 seed on nights they lose is objectively funny. Let’s get the W tomorrow and set the team wins record!

  11. It’s amazing a team with the payroll $200m less than the big market teams has the best record in baseball. All these haters are salty AF

  12. Holy shit I just took a peak at the Mets board and they are wearing tin foil hats.

One commenter said that starting gasser is proof we are tanking. Who’s gonna tell him woodruff Henderson and Quintana are in the IL?

Dozens of others think brewers are tanking cause they are “scared” of the Mets.

Nobody and I mean nobody cares about the Mets that much. LMAOO

  13. Have they stated whether McGill is pitching at some point tomorrow?  I would be nice to see at least one back and getting some work in before the run for a pennant begins.

  14. I think it’s so funny that the Mets, with their 7 Billion dollar payroll, have their whole season hinging on a game between the Brewers and Reds
