#cincinnatireds are ONE WIN AWAY

The Cincinnati Reds ensure that they can take care of business on Sunday with a big time win on Saturday night. And once again, it was all about the pitching. What’s up? This is Jeff Carr from the Lockdown Reds podcast. They got a huge inning in this in the third inning. They scored six runs and they took advantage of a lot of miscues. Like the Brewers fielding had miscues. The the the Reds just won two out of three in Milwaukee. This is the first time they’ve done that since 2022. We were talking about the last time that the Reds won in Milwaukee, won a series in Milwaukee, Michael Papirski hit a home run and Ross Deweiler got a save. They’re one win away from clinching their first postseason birth in a full season game since I’ve hosted this podcast. And I’m going to be a wreck tomorrow, man. And they they going to Terry Francon is going to take out all the stops. Game 162 is going to be magical. Hoping the Marlins can help us out a little bit too. Make it even superfluous. But I’m just glad to be here.

Something's just not right we just beat Milwaukee 2 in a row at Milwaukee I hate to say it don't want to say it but do want to say it the Martinez home run save two nights ago the ball hitting the second base are the Cincinnati Reds a team of Destiny? Man I hope they are I am in such a losing streak I'm a Cowboys fan a Reds fan a Notre Dame football fan I got more losers I put horns for it but I don't want to go too deep even in NASCAR my boy Kyle Busch can't run a race😅😅😅 I feel good about it I've been a Critic a lot this year of the Reds but it just seems like it's their turn man I don't know how far they are going in the playoffs and they get in there they got to get in there first but I'm feeling good I think we got the pitching to scare the hell out of a lot of teams can we just get enough heading who knows? Let's go Big Red Machine!

  15. If the Mets win tomorrow the Reds still advance the only thing that will make this all for naught is if the Reds lose and the Mets win.

    If both teams lose the Reds still advance if both teams win the Reds still advance.

  16. Lets hope Francona brings his A game tomorrow. Stewart had better be in the lineup. Same starting lineup as tonight. Pagan has pitched 4 days in a row. I wouldnt use him unless there is no other option.

  22. 1999 lives…. Reds in Milwaukee. If they win the last game they make the Playoffs. If not the Mets make the Playoffs. In 1999 the Reds lost and had to face the Mets in a 1 game Play-in Game. Just win baby.
