I looked through that list and thought, “Man, I hope they don’t give Grisham 5 years/$75M based on one good year.”
I want Mullins and Thomas – I think they won’t break the bank and will provide some stability

So you’re telling me it’s gonna be rough again next year if nobody steps up?
Just to avoid being a doomer, I think there’s certainly room for a trade, like a starter for a good OF bat.
I like Duran and Roberts Jr. Durran is cheap right now, but won’t be upon signing Luis doesn’t really deserve a raise and I think he can still be very good in the right place.

Kyle Tucker will cost too much and the others are one year wonders or are declining. So none of the above.
This is for the upcoming FA class? I’m pretty sure O’Neill is signed to a 3/45 deal with the Orioles. No way he ops out. And Schwarber never plays OF.
Don’t spend money for a big name and get nothing. Juan Soto comes to mind. Jaz would be fine and his personality is a fit
Tucker would be great, I wouldn’t mind giving Bellinger a shot either, but I don’t think we’re going after them since they will likely be getting much more tempting offers elsewhere.
Yaz would be good to bring back for the right deal but he may also want to test free agency. He was great at fulfilling a need we had at the time but I don’t want to overpay for someone with his level of production when the outfield is our biggest position of need, again.
In theory we have enough starting pitching that we could cobble together a package to bring in an outfielder via trade(s) but most of the outfielders who would be a significant improvement on what we already have are either seemingly up-and-coming talent on teams that may not want to part with them or are already under substantial contract with contending teams.
I think every single guy on this list would be an upgrade and it’s not my money so give me any of them
I definitely want Yaz back if possible. Frazier too possibly.
I would still really like to see Harrison Bader and someone else. There has to be someone on that list we can get that could help us.
Keep Yas and sign Winker. Then you have Winker, Isbel, Yas/Cags. And at second keep Massey and Frazier and dump India.
Keep Frazier but the mustache is non-negotiable
