All right, we talk Lions hour one. We got to talk Tigers because obviously there’s a day game tomorrow and it’s it’s the playoffs. And look, I I I want to focus on more so what I think’s going to happen versus anything in the rearview mirror. Because here’s reality. Nothing you did matters. None of it matters. Wins, losses, or otherwise. You’re in the playoffs. It’s a blank slate. Did any of us like the way this finished? No. It was embarrassing. Three and 13 down the stretch. And the only reason you get in is a team like the Astros couldn’t get off the mat and win a single game. You mean you didn’t appreciate Saturday night in the champagne? No, I didn’t. I think it’s I I think it’s tonedeaf and it’s tacky and wait for the cameras to be gone and do whatever you want with your team. Celebrating in ski goggles after having the worst finish to a season of any team that made the playoff in the history of baseball, which is essentially since the Civil War. No, you can keep the snowboard goggles. But fine. Okay, fine. What I didn’t need to hear, see, he’s getting me to be negative and I’m going to be positive. You get to breathe a sigh of relief that you got in. The way they celebrated, you could tell they were more stressed than the fans. That it’s a sigh of relief. They know nobody believes in them. They know no one’s happy with them, but they’re there. They get a pressure release. I think there’s a letdown for the Guardians. The Guardians had to go on a furious rally. And the Guardians, they didn’t really play well this weekend in Texas at all. They won by default because you’re terrible. Tigers in two. Tigers are going to mini sweep the Guardians. Tigers in two. It’s hard to beat a division opponent series after series, but when you got to do it in proximity, chips down and now we’re in the playoffs. See, I think that’s what helps the Guardians because you just beat them. It’s not like, oh, we beat them a month ago and now maybe this team is a different team.
