THIS IS WHY The Vikings Traded Harrison Phillips #shorts #minnesotavikings
I think, you know, the biggest reason why the Vikings traded Harrison Phillips was because of Jaylen Redmond. Now, obviously, you had, you know, you’re getting two sixround picks, which, you know, the Vikings are going to need over the next couple of seasons since they won’t be big spenders in free agency, so they’re going to need to hit on a lot of these draft picks. But also, I’m sure they’re looking at a guy like Redmond and saying, “Hey, we need to get him out there on the football field more.” How do we do that? All right, let’s trade one of our veterans, Harrison Phillips, to a team like the Jets, who needed a defensive tackle. And they put a lot of faith in Jaylen Redmond and he has proved this coaching staff right.

Our UDFA hits are the only reason this team is functional in its unspent on positions.
Harrison Phillips got little to no pressure on the QB ever hargrave is already getting more pressure in 3 games then Phillips had all last season
Harrison was just too small against the biggest lines like the Eagles. He got blasted 3 yards back on every single short yardage situation.
Redmond is playing great, and is young. Harrison, we loved you. You would be a great coach when you retire from playing.
Harrison was a very likable guy but his production was very pedestrian at best… under sized for sure and got man handled when we needed pressure to push the opposing oline back into the backfield… loving the defense we got goin on even with the sour week 2.. the defense has been a every week showing up ready for war!!! I wish Harrison all the best in his New York endeavor
Yes this prob one of first times i have agreed with this guy 🤣 n LDR doin good as well
Everyone is right once in a blue moon 🌚 I mean purple moon
We should give props to Dallas Turner, I saw him all around the quarterback. Ive been waiting to see more of these pressures.
The dude that impressed me was WILSON. Man that kid plays like a crazed dog. LOVE having him inside. Understands the concept of "slow-playing" a stretch or toss play. Nice work kid !!
Redmond is better at this point in each of their careers
Jalen Redmond was a budding gem 💎 at a cheaper price for salary cap space. ❤🎉😮😂😅😊
That Rodriguez dude is catching my eye and making some plays in the middle too.
Jalen Redmond was balling in the UFL before he signed with us. I’m glad we picked him up
I was so hurt when they traded Phillips. He's a dog
Redmond is only 26 too. We got some nice young DL prospects! Redmond isn’t a prospect anymore tho…he has arrived!
Harrison was not that good. Good team guy but was never aggressive enough. Surprised we kept him this long.
Rodriguez has been even more impressive. Look at the film
Redmond is a beast!!!
Always thought dude was mediocre
No shit Sherlock
Ya think? LOL this kid sucks (not redmond) .. how many other ppl did you hear say this already b4 u made this grand statement 2 days ago? Anyone with a pulse knew this when the trade was made
man sure am glad we traded our best run stopper for a 6th, great fucking move…oh wait.
