Arte’s going to go for a name he knows, so it’ll be Bruce Bochy or Bob Melvin as his top manager choices
I mean hiring a 75 year old manager was kinda dumb and not sustainable clearly

Ray was awful so no complaint there, but I honestly wish Wash had gotten the full season this year to see what was possible. It was pretty obvious the cracks started to show and spread once he had to step down due to health reasons. Feels like .500 or better was possible this year while he was still running things

Kinda sucks for Ron Washington considering his health, but the team needs new voices and while Arte is the one that needs to go, this is part of a change.

Hope Wash gets an advisory role or something to keep him apart of the team in some capacity. Players seemed to love him. Doubt Arte wants to pay for that though

i would have liked to see wash take another crack at it. its a bummer he had to wait so long to get back in the game, and it was so short lived. plus the guys seemed to really connect with him
Ron is an awful coach but arte is worse owner
