2. He bought 217 acres of land in Scottsdale for $136 million. Is he planning/wanting to build a stadium there too?

3. Prolly build some special benches for Murray to sit on

4. He needs income considering he’s the only owner who survives off his team’s revenue.

   I suspect he’s gonna lease some of it and sit on the rest

11. I’m assuming he’s going to try and build some sort of private air strip. He’s had his pilot license for years and it’s his favorite hobby even above owning the team. Probably build some lodging around it and have it be where celebrities fly into phx type shit
