Whether it was a shitty message isn’t the issue. I think the fact that people are giving money to a shitty product means that ownership has zero incentive to improve the team.
And to add insult to injury, most of these sales are non-fans that want to flip the tickets for a profit.
This is the second time this is posted and it is pretty wild that people are actually getting upset at what is pretty clearly some form of AI automated message. Sure it could be better but taking this as some sort of proof that the org only cares about selling season tickets is a pretty large stretch.

First, his friend is a fucking moron if they think the trajectory of this team was positive enough that retaining Vrabel last year would have this team in any other position other than a rebuild. We might be in a better position in the rebuild, but let’s not pretend this is the difference in winning 3 games last year and 10. That’s absurd.
Second, if it is anything more than an automated text, it’s coming from some low level intern responding to mouth breathers texting them anything and everything, god only knows what they’ve had texted to them. Does PK think someone at that level has the authority to speak on the teams behalf about the quality of the team? They have pre-written messaging. They’re just doing their job. As much as this sub would love nothing more than it I’d have more concerns if the official response from the Titans was “yes we don’t know what we’re doing and we’re a joke of a franchise and the team sucks. Don’t buy any tickets and stop watching or pick a new team until everyone is fired including the owner.”
