Its nice to see a chain with a local mentality that didn’t abandon it when they expanded. In st louis we had the bread company which was awesome but then morphed into panera and became hospital food. We were all glad they took our name off of it.
Unpopular opinion here but I think their curds kinda suck because of how much breading they use. Stop at a dive bar on the way that has a sign for fresh curds! But other than that easily the best fast food chain around.
