NHL Highlights | Sharks vs. Golden Knights | October 03, 2025

Our opening face off tonight sponsored by the
Richard Harris Law Firm and we’re underway from the fortress and the goal tonight
starting out with this into the San Jose zone. Drops it off for Martner. They’ll work
it out high. Jeremy Lozan tried to shoot it but Reginenda got his stick in the shooting lane.
Here’s Cardwell the other way and he scores. Nathan Cardwell rips it upstairs on the first shot
of the game. Offensive blue eye trying to make the little play. A little stick in the way to knocks
that puck. Good stick by Regenda. Then the turn over right away and the shot by Cardwell as he
goes upstairs over the right shoulder of Hill. That is perfectly placed and the Sharks grab
and Corzak moves it. Lozan up ahead and Riley Smith scales it in. William Carlson first one in.
Stone behind the net now to Smith and a saved to Delkovich down low. Stone again and a saved on the
other side. Couple of good looks again from this line. Ray McNav wristed towards the net. Tipped
got a piece of that with a pass to the line was last game. Here’s an example just getting deep.
Watch immediate play as Carlson right to Stone to Smith off the dump and then another good play.
McNav finds Stone known to do on Jack Thompson. set the hits record in the NHL two years ago and
then his teammate in Nashville keeper Sheerwood broke the record last year. Hannah centered
it. Stone just missed it on the tip. Kind of be expected. He said, “I wish I would have
known that, but he’s good to go tonight.” Well, I very excited to finally Bruce Cassidy coached
teams have made the playoffs 10 years in a row whether it’s Boston or here in Vegas. Bruce has
been a head coach in the league a dozen years as Mner’s on the move. Oh, and a glove save
by Nadelovich. Mitch Mner a great breakout. A couple of passes and then Mner just right up the
middle lane. Little feed from Michael sends him in all alone and Adulkovich sees it all the way
into the glove. Adds a little extra at the end as Mner looking to go glove side. Comes in to play
it. finds Ziko down a little stone out there off the field and a save to hurdle does a great job
for support getting that pump recovery and here’s that play low so that stone to mner to Theodore
and a good save by Delkovich Michael holding wristing it towards an endovich angles it away the
white cloud cross the seam and a barbership shot blocked second chance and Nulkovich had a piece
of it. Ivan Barbers had a couple of chances, the second of which was denied by Nadulkovich.
Now Carlson in the corner. Golden Knight’s trying to pull even here in the second. McNav
on high with a wrist shot that gets deflected on Nadulkovich. Creating offense shooting for
tips as McNav just walks it to the middle. Watch Smith right there with a screen in front
kind of the eye formation and good save by Nadulkovich able to kick it aside as a local
Southern Nevada to deal with his instant replay. Good chance for the goal along with Theodore
McNav. Theodore straight away. McNav around the horn. Wrist shot and Delford spotted off with
the shoulder and then covers. He’s had a good shot from the point this time off the face off drifting
down there. You didn’t see the curl and drag this time trying to go upstairs. You see a little
curl of D among others. Puck battle continues. Michael works it out high. Marner trying to feed
it to Theodore. Shot and a good save to Nalkovic. It started a big battle that led to the Eko shot
off to the side here. Look for the support. Win the puck battle. Move it high. Creates a quick
play. Not the clean pass is still a good chance for Theo. Bolar center. Howen charging in. Howen
to the net and a save to Delkovich. How run into the net. Nadelkovich on his back. A good drive
to the net by Brett Howen. Alex Nadelkovich has turned away everything the Golden Knights McNav
to snap it all the way down the ice. Dion starts it out. The 20-year-old to move it through
center ice to Cardwell. Gains the line but lost the puck. Martner trying to get it out. Done
keeps it in. Render closing in. Centers. Score. Eagle off an Ariel on that far side. The
Golden Knights couldn’t quite clear it. Yeah, couldn’t get the puck out right here past the
blue line. It’s kept in. Great job on the point by Canyone to keep it alive. And there’s a
play Rendez off the great opportunity. Wide open net. So the power play comes through for
San Jose and they grab another shot and hit his own man says it’s coming to the front
of the net. goes on pinching in Siz Corzac to Kolasar looking shot the wave on an elk
for Vegas here’s a play watch Cororzak great little pass right away had pressure and there’s
Kasar there’s that little extra step kind of a fake then moves Martner by pass intercepted
back the other way rips it in from long range shot floor on the wing. The first shot of the
period, second of the game for Ethan Cardwell. And it’s three nothing Sharks. Just simple dump
and chase. Some good work on the wall by Regenda who set up the power play goal and said he
dumps it in, wins the battle. A little drop pass and Cardwell just steps right into that
coming into the zone and rips it past Hill. Yeah, Ethan Cardwell had played six games with San
Jose last year. Had a goal in one of those six. Now Golden come back the other way
and scores. Alexander Holtz down low. The Golden Knights trying to start a comeback here
in the third period. It’s work behind the net. A big hit. Little play to the middle of the ice
right to Holtz who comes out high. That rotation high to cover for the defenseman that’s in the
pinch on the wall. Great little play by Sod over Corac back to Holtz and a long range wrist beats
Nelkovich and the Golden Knights finally able to solve them and get themselves on the board to make
it a 3-1 game. McNab to Theodore. Shots are 2516 for the Golden Knights. Stone feeds it down.
Little shot. Denied by the Novich. Smith had some good looks tonight. Under the three minutes
to go in the third and the Golden Knights need a couple to tie it into the zone. Pass in front and
Cardwell looking for the hattick. Robbed by Hill and he got the glove on the second chance. Well,
Theodore loses an edge. That kind of created a little confusion in front and quick play. There’s
the save. Cardwell and there to follow it up. A massive save. Oh, stop Chuck after Cardwell
looking for the hat-tick. Is stopped on that one. Watch Hill. He’s down. Here comes Otop.
Hill stretches out. What a glove save. Oh, he keeps his team within two here late. Now
Martner on the wall has a little room trying to feed Carlson and he just missed the hat. No
dear they got to stick in there just in time gets it out of there. Cardwell for the hat
trick and he’s got it. Three goals tonight for Ethan Cardwell and it’s 4-1 San Jose. James
scoring his first shot here in the third period and now some good work along the wall as Reenda
pushes that puck up. I think he had a three-point night as well as Cardwell able to pick it
out of the pile and then thread it into the open net as the Sharks little kind of points
count. Everything counts starting Wednesday. That’s it from the fortress tonight. It’s a
4-1 win for the San Jose Sharks to close out

  1. Attended the game but thought the Knights gave up prime opportunities to take good shots on net to take low probability shots from the side of the net. This was the 2nd game in a row that the visitors scored a goal on Hill on the very first shot on goal. Honestly the entire team was not sharp tonight.
