and he just wants to win and it comes across as emotional, but that’s just that’s just a a captain that works his tail off. All he wants to do is win the game. All he wants to do is affect the game. And and often times he feels like if I have the ball in my hand, I can do that. And I don’t disagree with him. And we’re always looking for ways to get him the ball. Um obviously sometimes for him, he can’t see what’s going on the back field and some of the challenges that we face back there. But I I love Jamar. He’s he’s when I’m done coaching, he will be one of my all-time favorites for the way that he has um how many years he been here? Four, five, five. For the way that he has uh I wouldn’t say matured cuz he was never immature, but just the way he’s become the the total pro that you want leading your football team and competing in practice, in competing in games. Um, I can’t say enough about him and and I’m sure if that interaction was on site, it just comes from a place where I want to help the team win. I can help the team win. Help me help the team win and and uh I love that about him. Few times the defense getting lined up. Was that person? Yeah, I mean we we got a call in about that. Um they’re subs and subs. What did you say on that fair catch? It’s not a penalty. So he he bobbled it. So you got to give him the space on the bobble. Um so then it’s it becomes not a penalty at that point. They just they get possession of the ball at the spot that it happened. So I know it was confusing there for a second, but the right call was made, right spot was made. You had a couple years back. Does this feel similar or different? I just told the guys that I I’ve I’ve been here 7 years. I’ve been in the league 13 years. There’s never been a season where we didn’t face adversity in some form. Usually it’s a lot worse than two and two early season adversity. Um so this is nothing that you look you get a chance to kind of watch more yesterday games around the league. Feels like every team is going through something with the exception of seven or eight. And so it’s what teams are going to be able to stick together, find a way, find their identity, find a way to keep improving, build off the positive things we do do. And and I I’ve got the utmost confidence that the guys in that locker room are going to be able to do that as coaching staff. So um we’re two and two. We haven’t played well the last two games over the entirety of the game as a team and and we just got to find a way to play better, find a win, and create some momentum for ourselves. How much frustration is there in that room right now? Well, it’s just disappointment. You know, it’s it is frustration. It’s disappointment. These guys have worked. We have the talent. We have the coaches. Um, again, it’s just about creating some momentum for yourself. There really hasn’t been in these two games for very different reasons um an opportunity for us that we’ve we’ve just created some momentum for ourselves where we can piggyback. Demetrius gets a pick. Let’s go score some points. And now we feel like the game’s turning in our favor. Um, putting some pressure on them. And we just we haven’t done something like that in the last two weeks. And again, we got a long season left to go, a lot of opportunity. Um, I’m excited to see how these guys respond.   3. Promote Darrin Simmons to interim head coach and give Pitcher full control of the offense including the play calling. It may help. It may not. But ask yourselves. Could it be any worse? If you don't like the Simmons choice, maybe find one of the guys coaching Pee Wee that I saw last night on the way to the store. "ABZ." Anyone But Zac. The trip to the Super Bowl will one day historically be seen as the biggest fluke in the history of sports. He's lived off it long enough. Someone said it. "If you keep on doing what you've been doing, you will keep on getting what you've been getting." Make the change.

  8. I don't even want to hear this underqualified "football coach" speak. Football is not a soft/nice guy sport, and that's the culture of this team. Zachary Taylor needs to go! Do you guys care about winning?!!! This organization tolerates losing!

  21. Still doing the same vanilla shotgun nonsense. Of course, we're going to get the same results. Even when Joe burrow was in the game. First two games on offense still stunk like 3-day-old ass. Zach Taylor was fetching coffee for Jared Goff before getting this head coaching job. He's never been shown to be a Sean McVay genius type. You think Brian Johnson will put up an effort like that?

  22. I was looking forward to this season so much we finally got off to a good start 2-0 then Joe goes down 👇. Only good thing about this , my 43yr redheaded gf doesn't get to see Joe as much I think she is infatuated with him ….she called me Joe the other night in bed😢

  30. I still feel like the guys can bounce back. I wasn't able to catch the game. But i have some faith. They gotta make opposing teams respect them. It's understandable. The hype train was just really high.

  33. Wow, is this dude for real? He fired all of those other coaches so he wouldn't take the fall. I guess we know who was the real problem. Oh, lets not forget The Browns and Duke Tobin here as well.

  34. Sad seeing this offensive line cost so much yet be so bad. Have to fix the pass protection on offense or not scheme recievers to run 10+ yards when there allowing less then 2 seconds to throw the ball

    Defense please stop allowing simple screens to get first downs. Tired of seeing a simple check down go for huge yardage or simply move the sticks from a 3rd and long.

  36. All teams are going thru adversity? Sure. But none of them alhave a terrible fuckn Oline…the raiders are bad…but they can RUN the ball. If we played the raiders they would blow us out 45 to 3
