  1. Why short rest Boyd over Rea? Seems like a weird choice. Gonna hand them extra momentum with the Counsell revenge win too

  2. I mean hooray we won the series but this is when pulling pitchers after throwing 4 innings bites you in the ass

  3. This sadly is what happens when the two aces are not starting in the playoffs. Without Cade and Steele, a deep playoff run just doesn’t see feasible. Going to a struggling starter on short rest for the NLDS is a symptom of deeper issues.

I have to turn the game off and enjoy the day

  4. I know this arm chair manager shit but maybe we wouldn’t be so worried about a depleted bullpen if Counsell was willing to let his starters ever go more than 4 innings in a game. Obviously we won the wild card series so he pushed the right buttons in a sense but still…

  5. TBS Never going to critique the officiating. They just made Soroka throw strike 4 & 5.

  6. Might as well let Ben Brown have some postseason reps if we’re just throwing this one away…

  7. If I’m Craig, Soroka is taking me to 7 even if it means we lose game 1. Save the pen clearly it fucked up Boyd don’t squander game 2 because of fatigue

  8. This is 💯 on Craig. This is what happens when you celebrate like you won the ws when winning a wild card round
