  1. MLB should have gotten this right. Blatant as can be right there on the big screen for everybody. Something should have been done. Great tone to set , umps.

  2. It’s just so weird that things like this can’t reviewed. Like, we’re all watching it with multiple camera angles at home. And then we just have to take the call on the field? How does that make any sense

  3. I don’t blame the ump, that’s hard to recognize, and it’s clear he understood that it did hit his foot when discussing. Hands are tied by what’s reviewable.

What is crazy is that this is not reviewable.

  4. not reviewable lmao, why review anything if something that takes a second to fix is ignored

  5. I literally sat there and was like “how the fuck does that stand?” Grisham knew it hit him immediately, bro didn’t even try to run to first. That alone should say he knew what happened that New York should’ve taken a look. Can’t be having shit like this happen.

  6. The technology available to the people officiating an MLB game in 2025 is absolutely incredible. Yet the game intentionally not taking advantage of it is absolutely silly.

  7. It’s 6-1 man. Umpires make mistakes they are human. We scored 1 run!!

Bases loaded 0 outs and get 1 run. That’s how you loose baseball games. Not umps 😂

  8. Bad miss but nearly impossibly to catch in real time. They will change the rule
And you will be able to review foul balls next year.

  9. How else are yall gonna have something to blame the loss on. This one ground out in the first inning made us completely meltdown. ❄️

  10. Should it be reviewable? Yes.

Should you call it clearly when you need high speed camera footage to see it? No.
