This really isn’t going to bode well for us. People are already salty that our players play on the edge. Now in 2 games with record breaking penalty minutes and ejections, they get the majority of discipline and we only got a single fine for Greer.
Tampa’s coach should be at least suspended for last night. I’ve never heard of bringing minors players up for one game, just to throw punches.
Man r/NHL and r/hockey’s comment sections about that game were legitimately unhinged. Those subs were the most toxic, deranged sports subs on Reddit long before the Panthers hate boner, but holy shit it’s gotten fucking crazy, even by their standards

The most idiotic posts I read were that the Panthers cheat because the Condor assisted on the 8th goal that was taken off the board. Ok. We still won 7-0. We don’t need to cheat to beat whichever lame NHL team these jerks root for. And we’re not stopping at 3. We’re gunning for the Islanders’ four straight cups.
Never been a team that lives more rent free on Reddit than the Panthers. It’s hilarious but also sad to see.
