This is not the same old Jets. It’s worse. After the Jets week five loss to the Dallas Cowboys, I think we can say this is the worst stretch of Jets football since the rich cotate era 30 years ago. It’s not a surprise when the Jets allow the opponent a third and long conversion to extend a drive. It’s not a surprise when the Jets miss multiple tackles in the back field having a chance to shut down a third and one play. It’s not a surprise when Bree Hall fumbles the ball away as the Jets offense finally starts moving. It’s not a surprise when the Jets allow the Cowboys to go 95 yards in the two-minute drill for a touchdown, give the ball right back, and allow another touchdown before the half to put the game out of reach. It’s surprising when the Jets get off the field on the third and long play. This team is irredeemably bad right now. There’s nothing good about this football team at the moment.

Glenn needs to trade Gardner, J.J, Hall and Fields. Doing so will put him in a better position to prove in three years it was him and not the players.
