You won’t get a brawl like this in every game but there is usually a couple 1v1 scraps. Brawls are definitely a thing though. Welcome to hockey

I found it a little weird to watch the game and have nobody do a play by play for me.

First hockey game I went to was a Thunderbirds game and there were like 5 fights.
Hey just being honest, this game was an abnormality. There’s usually not this much unsportsmanlike conduct going on and usually the players are class acts instead.
