The run game wasn’t great today but the pass protection was solid against an elite unit. Rattler also did great avoiding the pressure he did face.

  1. Agree Oline is a strong point for the team like to see Devin Neal run behind it as another option

  2. Looked like the bigger runs came off the right. I said it on here after preseason but I like Simpkins.

  3. This is where I’m so confused, guys were consistently knocked on their asses, how the hell did they not get a sack?

  4. Rattler definitely has been doing a good job of getting out of trouble when it’s there. Also, he’s been doing a great job of stepping INTO the pockets when they’re there which is finally giving the OL some validation. I’m happy with all of them. Yay! Football!!

  5. need to get better at run blocking, but baby steps. Seems like some development is happening this year, which is what you want to see with the new staff.

  6. The gameplan was to get the ball out of Rattler’s hands quickly, which he did well and the Giants had no answer for.
