The Dolphins Loss To The Panthers Is EVEN MORE EMBARRASSING After Seeing This…

[Music] We are officially at the lowest point maybe in history when it comes to the Miami Dolphins organization. The week five loss to the Carolina Panthers is absolute rock bottom. We are talking about one of the worst franchises in the NFL. And no, I’m not talking about the Miami Dolphins right now. I’m talking about the Carolina Panthers with a terrible quarterback and Bryce Young and a head coach that hasn’t proven anything in Dave Canales. Yet after going up 17- nothing in the first 16 minutes of the game, you get outscored 27-7 in the final 44 minutes. You punt on six of seven possessions. You can’t stop a nose bleed. You allow 239 rushing yards, 209 to Rico Dao. And then some of these decisions that Mike McDaniel made yesterday were absolutely cowardly and embarrassing and you can’t have it inside your locker room nor organization. And some of the quotes and stats coming out of this game makes it a thousand times more embarrassing. And I just don’t understand how Chris Greer and Mike McDaniel still have their jobs as I’m filming this. It’s unacceptable. And if you’re with me, I want this to be maybe the most commented video in Dolphins Today history. Should the Dolphins fire Mike McDaniel today? Why for yes, N for no? The beautiful thing is you can get your voices heard potentially. We have enough people screaming for Mike McDaniel to get fired in the comment section. This video gets a ton of views. Well, maybe someone high up in the Dolphins organization will see it and they’ll ultimately say and then the fans are pissed and maybe we can help get it Mike McDaniel and Chris Ger out of here because this quote from McDaniel, I mean, I’ll tell you what, the body wasn’t even cold yesterday and I was ready to fly and meet them in Miami to crack some skulls because Mike McDaniel in the postgame press conference saying that preparation and execution were the key reason why the Dolphins lost today and then also saying we thought we were prepared for this and clearly we weren’t. Are you [ __ ] serious? What else do we need to see? Mike McDaniel just admitted he was the reason they lost. And I get it. There’s sometimes coach speak where you’re going to put the blame on you and say, “Yeah, you know what? We just didn’t put our players in the right position.” that that comes after hard losses maybe for a contending team and you’re just trying to keep morale high in the locker room saying, “Yeah, this one’s on me.” But when you just lost your fourth game of to start the season, your first five weeks, and it was actually clear that you were not prepared, you jumped out to a 17- nothing lead in large part because Bryce Young is, as mentioned earlier, the worst quarterback we’ve ever maybe seen. I mean, he f just dropped the ball on their first drive. He literally saw Bradley Chub and said, “Here you go, Bradley. You can have the ball.” And then the next possession, he sails one to Xavier Legette, right, to make a Fitzpatrick. Like, if those two turnovers don’t happen, well, the Dolphins probably don’t take a 17 nothing. Maybe we get blown out by 20 to the Carolina Panthers. But like, Mike McDaniel has no ability to make adjustments in the middle of a game. He has no ability to have this team prepared week in and week out. The one thing that you could have already always said about Mike McDaniel is he beats the teams he should and he loses to the teams he should. Like he loses to the good teams, he beats the bad teams. Well, we can’t even beat the bad teams anymore. We barely squeaked out a win against the Jets after they made it close late and you blew a 17- nothing lead to the Carolina Panthers. And don’t get me started. I can have an hour long show an episode just on the inexcusable decision to punt the ball down by three with a minute 15 to go on fourth and 18. I don’t give two flying shits that the Dolphins had a fourth and 18 and it had an unbelievable unlikely chance to pick it up. Well, I’ll tell you one thing, folks. The chances to pick up fourth and 18 were about a thousand times higher than the defense forcing a three and out for the Carolina Panthers because once again two three nine that is how many rushing yards the Dolphins gave up. You thought you were going to get a stop? Absolutely not. You really think you did? Like that’s good stuff. Like honestly that’s funny. You know you do standup comedy. I don’t think you’ll find a bigger joke than that. That’s that’s that’s home run stuff. I’ll get you on Netflix. And then when you think about that, like Jack Jones pass interference. I’ve never met someone trying to grab more people. It’s unbelievable. He He He’s grabbing and grabbing and grabbing. He can’t keep his hands off. It’s holding a pass interference almost every play. And then you have this debauchery after the game. Think of Fitzpatrick declined to speak. That’s illegal. I mean, illegal is a strong word maybe to use, but based on the NFL rule book about media policy, you can’t do that. The locker rooms are open to media. If you get asked a question, you answer. But him going out and declining, that is not leadership stuff. You know what? Maybe this is harsh, but this is how I’m feeling. [ __ ] M Fitzpatrick, dude. He didn’t want to be here after he got drafted in the first round and he got traded to the Steelers. He didn’t want to come back here, but he made a fussy about his contract. Chris Gwarded him. Supposed to be a leader on this team, and he’s not. Be a leader, man. Have some pride in your [ __ ] self, dude. Seriously, I don’t give a [ __ ] that you are one of the longest tenur players in the NFL. I don’t care that you were an allp pro safety and argued as the top safety in the NFL for a couple years there in Pittsburgh. Have some pride in yourself, man. Be a leader. Help these young guys that have a long career ahead of them understand what it means to be a professional. That was childish stuff, man. That drives me up a wall. That’s really the issue with this entire Dolphins organization right now is that you have a bad apple in the front office of GM. You have a bad apple in the head coach with Mike McDaniel and it’s seeping into the players. The locker room may be lost. And we talked about it a couple weeks ago. It was reported that Steven Ross, the Dolphins, they might have patience with Mike McDaniel and Chris Greer as long as the locker room continues to play for them and play hard every week. Well, I didn’t see a team that played hard in the second half yesterday. And I didn’t see the leadership in I didn’t see a locker room that would stand up for Mike McDaniel and hold down the fort after an embarrassing loss. It’s time. What are we waiting for? I feel like there’s a laundry list of things where I’m just like looking at some of these quotes after the game and everything that’s happening and I’m just freaking losing my mind. Mike McDaniel said on the run defense, “It can’t continue to go on like this, and it’s already gone on too long.” Is he right? Yeah, he is. But this is him deflecting blame to his defensive coordinator, Anthony Weaver. Like, I’ll say this. I’ve been critical of Weaver to start this year a little bit, but I’ve come to the realization he has nothing to work with. if they make Anthony Weaver the scapegoat and fire him or do something in that regard after he was handed maybe the worst secondary in the history of the NFL to start the year. Their two starting corners, Rous Douglas and Jack Jones were not on an NFL roster when training camps began. Jack Jones was signed in the first week of training camp. Rul Douglas was signed on roster cutdown day. He was handed a garbage ass roster, a garbage defense, and I can’t blame him. I was very, you could roll the tape. I was very or I was giving high praise to Weaver before the year started. I was giving high praise to this defensive front seven. Boy, was I wrong about them. I always knew the secondary was going to be [ __ ] but this front seven being as teethless and oh my goodness, they get met with any resistance and they roll over like a puppy and get their tummies rubbed. Little tummy tummy. Oh, we’re going to have a career day against you. Oh, we see the Dolphins over there on that schedule. Oh, we’re going to run for 200. Oh, yeah. We’re going to move the ball. I said key to victory was starting fast because the Panthers will likely roll over. They tried to roll over. They did, but you were unable to put them away. You had three different opportunities in the third quarter to after the Carolina Panthers scored a field goal to open the half and make it 1713. You had, I think, three drives potentially to go down the field and get points to either rebuild the lead to seven or a touchdown and go back up two score and you were unable to do it. and the Panthers. And Tua was actually very uh very open and blatant about it. He was like, “Yeah, they just ended up packing the middle of the field, getting depth, taking away everything that we wanted to do over the middle of the football field, and we had no answers for that.” Well, that’s part of coaching like that is. And how about this? ESPN’s Dolphins reporter Marcel, yesterday was the first time under Mike McDaniel that Miami has blown a three-score lead. They were 10 and0 entering this week if they led in a game by at least 17 points. It is the third time the Dolphins have lost a game in which they are at least plus two in the turnover differential. 2024 against the Seahawks. No Tua. Don’t blame him for that one. And then obviously the disaster of a game that was Will Levis on Monday Night Football against the Titans in 2023. I mean, if you are Stephen Ross, how is this not the final straw? Seriously, how is it not? I tweeted this out on Monday morning. Every day that Chris Greer and Mike McDaniel are still employed by the Miami Dolphins is a slap on the face to every single Dolphins fan. Every single one of them. The longer these two are still inside this organization proves that Steven Ross does not care about winning football. You want to exercise patience and holding on to Mike McDaniel and Chris Greer? Patience. Stephven Ross has allowed Chris Greer to be the GM of this football team since 2016. They have not won a playoff game. What other job can you hold in the circle of life to where you can be a failure for nine plus years and still retain that job? None. That’s the answer. Mike McDaniel has proven over the last two years he is incapable of leading a team, incapable of making adjustments when adjustments are needed. You guys should be pissed if you watched our video following the game yesterday. You watch me in the first minute take off my Jaylen Wadd jersey and say, “I don’t blame Wadd. He was awesome. But I am no longer wearing Dolphins gear until he’s gone. And I knew my finger was going to cut off, but Mike McDaniel’s gone. Until those two are fired, no more Dolphins gear for Rolley on the show. None. You have to draw the line in the sand somewhere, folks. And you have to start showing Ross that we will not put up with this incompetence in our organization. We’ve been rebuilding for 20 plus years. If he doesn’t show some urgency, you’re going to lose the fan base. And some fans are already lost. I’ve had people in my mentions, in my comments, in my Twitter DMs telling me that they are no longer going to watch the Dolphins this season. They still might tune in to our show. I hope you guys do. But Ross is going to lose the fans, man. I It’s been too long. It’s It’s sickening. And if we’ll be honest here, folks, Chris Greer is the one who needs to be canned first. Like, I Daniel needs to be fired. I made that abundantly clear. But if you are going to put a list of reasons why the Dolphins are where they are at in terms of their current build, Chris Greer is number one in my opinion. the constant missing on picks, the constant blockbuster trades, and sure they helped the Dolphins make the playoffs in back-to-back years. The Bradley Chub trade, Tyreek Hill trade, Jaylen Ramsay trade, they went all in. They they they felt they had the chance and they went all in. It didn’t work. But then Ross is has allowed Greers to miss on every pick possible. Man, I mean, it’s five weeks. I know it’s early. Kenneth Grant and Jonah Savia might be the worst first second round pick combination in the history of the NFL. And I mean history. Kenneth Grant, there was a rep yesterday in a run situation. He was blown eight yards off the line of scrimmage. Eight by an interior offensive line in Carolina that was down to the third string right guard. Jonah Savinia is the worst offensive guard in all of football. I I I this is not a joke when I say this. Jonah Savinia makes Liam Mikeenberg look like Zack Martin. Whoever the best guard of in NFL history is, that is Liam Mikeenberg. If you compare him to Jonah Savina, that’s how bad he is. I just don’t know how much more I can take, man. I just don’t know how much more I can take. Blowing a 170 O lead to the Panthers. The the punt decision on fourth and 18, the roster that Chris Greers put out there. I mean, I I I know the injuries sucked to James Daniels and Austin Jackson, but the offensive line that Miami threw out there yesterday was bad. Dude, the Panthers came into this game giving up 132 rushing yards per game, and the Dolphins offense averaged like 1.6 yards per carry. Devon had 10 carries for 16 yards. Some of it’s on the play calling for getting so wide when you couldn’t block. Like, but my goodness, what are we doing here? Round out the show with this. Who’s most to blame? Mike McDaniel, type MM, Chris Greer, type CG, Steven Ross, type SR. You had to pinpoint the blame on one person, who would it be? I mean, right now, it’s Ross for letting these two still be employed, but it’s certainly Chris Ger’s fault that the Dolphins are this [ __ ] That’ll do it for today’s show.
