  1. The league is doing tricks on it for the panthers. Not the cleanest stuff from my bolts but cmon man.

  2. Not to mention the greatest rivalry in the NHL right now, the Florida Panther and ….. Chicago? In this economy!

  3. Wtf. I hate both teams and even I can see there’s no way to flip this into thinking the league isn’t biased.
Why the hard-on for the Panthers?? They’ve been bullying the league for 3 seasons with literally zero repercussions..

  4. What a joke honestly. As a bolt fan…. Im okay for a suspension and fine on our guys, BUT the one sided decisions by DOPS is actually absurd. It makes no sense and this is how you keep temperatures high rather than cool it down. Its actually crazy the decision they make every time the panthers are involved

  5. My god. The punishment makes sense, but they gave it to the wrong team. Kinda just greenlit the Panthers even more. For once a team stepped up and said “enough of your shit,” and the league sends THEM a message. I just hope Tampa doubles down and does the next time they are in Sunrise.

  6. Is there really a point to give this league your time, passion and money when there is blatant bias and manipulation?

  7. No fines or suspensions for the Panthers. Sounds about right. Way to show your bias, NHL.

  8. I really hope every team this year just pummels the shit out of the Panthers. Give them a taste.

  9. I sadly hope the 30 other NHL put in enforcers against Florida just to injure their stars. Actually insane how the Panthers have the DOPS in their pocket after what they’ve done to win.

  10. Not that I want anyone hurt but are we cool with the rest of the league playing to the lightning standard just to see if the Panthers can survive? Im kinda here for it based on the lack of fair play on display.

  11. This should happen every Panthers game. Every team and fan in the league will chip in for fines

  12. We should start raising money to pay the fines of any player/team that goes after the Panthers. They’re doing the Lord’s work out there.

  13. This is just a complete unmitigated disaster from the NHL and Department of Player Safety. What a joke

  14. Colin Campbell getting full on caught trying to influence the league for his son should have knocked him out of any role ever in the NHL. But there we are.

  15. Florida has the biggest bullseye ever this year. Teams are tired of their shit and their dirty antics.

  16. Blackhawks need to put their “kickass” line out for the opening faceoff and start a line brawl

  17. If it’s illegal and the penalty is a fine, that means it’s legal for a price.

And I’m not sure that other teams won’t be lining up to pay that price for a game here and there. Lord knows November 15th is a game we’re all going to want to see.

  18. The Panthers deserve every hit, crosscheck, hipcheck and whatever other check to the body. The Panthers are dirty always have been. Everyone knows that even the Panther fans and the NHL.

  19. I hope teams continue to ruthlessly attack their players and send this bullshit league a message.

  20. I’m cool with the fines. Coop will probably double his just to fuck around. But what pisses me off is the narrative they’re creating. The fines were for escalating the situation. The boarding on Girgy, the multiple head shots to Hagel and more are just completely ignored by the league except for a $2K fine. Florida has been getting away with everything for a while. It got to the point where Tampa felt the need to bring out the back alley line. Bob is next, I’m telling you. If nothing continues to be done teams are crashing the net hard and often. But anyways, let’s play some hockey.

  21. Tampa was there to make a statement for the whole NHL. Nobody cared win or loss. Panthers sleep with one eye open..yall numbers up!
