   **General overview of everything else for anyone who hasn’t had a chance to watch yet:**

   * Lessons on resilience, knowing himself better through meditation, and the physical aspect of his experience with the time he spent with the monks as interesting takeaways from his summer trip to China
   * Feeling stronger with his legs, which he feels has given him more power, push, control to not get pushed around
   * Establishing good habits and a presence on the court to figure out what each player can bring to the piece of the puzzle on the offensive and defensive side
   * Taking preseason seriously
   * Previous experience with two big lineups + how maturity, patience, and experience help now that he can play with Kornet
   * Being very impressed with Carter Bryant, especially his ability to jump high without requiring a lot of momentum
