Jacob Misiorowski brought the HEAT in his Postseason debut 🔥 (31 pitches OVER 100 MPH! 😳)

Oh, look at this. Jacob Miserowski comes in in relief for the Brewers. A sensation when he started his major league career. Didn’t allow a hit in his first 11 innings of big league work. The question, can he locate with that electric fast? His last regular season appearance came out of the bullpen against the Reds, the final weekend of the year. He struggled with walks in that outing. That fast ball 103 104. Let’s keep going. Another one at 104. How do you even see that? Greatest eyes in the world play this game. Tucker gets a piece of it. Nicely played by Durban on a short hop. Mizarowski kicks, delivers, and missed low. 103.9. Took a little off that one. There have been a lot of moments with Ms.ki on the mound this year where you couldn’t believe your eyes. Misarowski throws strikes, he’ll shut down this lineup. That has been the problem. 31 walks in 66 innings pitched. 6’7 explosive extension and he can’t get the call there. It’s a four pitch walk to Suzuki. Mizarowski brings home the pitch and that missed outside. Fast ball at 102. Two ball pudo strikes. just took a little off to get in in the strike zone. Just a hundred. Here’s the 2-2. Missed outside and the count is full. He’s lost his command with the fast ball straight back. Now, I was saying before the whirlwind summer of Jacob Miserowski. I was saying that he started the All-Star game. Certainly he didn’t. Paul Sche started the All-Star game, but he made the All-Star team after seven starts. And he fans Pete Crow Armstrong. DCA went up there and came up empty. Strike at 102. Another one. Off the corner at 103. [Applause] Swanson stays alive. Matt Shaw, he’s built up his pitches in a sense that he could throw give you four or five innings. That’s another walk. The Cubs trailing by one. 101. Miserowski unable to get the call and he flies one to left field tailing away from Cherio towards the corner and he makes the catch in front of the railing as Nicoer takes high from Jacob Miserowski for ball one. Two, three and four for the Cubs. Her Tucker and Suzuki and her stays alive fouling back the fast ball. Pitch lined and base hit in right field for Nicoer. Second hit of the game again taking the legs out of the swing on a fast ball to 101. Big swing. Couldn’t catch up. It fouled in the left field line by Tucker. 02 pitch just missed off the outside corner to Zarowski. 23 years of age in his first big league season.

Jacob Misiorowski threw 31 pitches of at least 100 MPH in NLDS Game 2, the most ever recorded by a pitcher in a Postseason game since the pitch tracking era began in 2008.
