  1. I DON'T want expansion. I think the league is watered down. You can point at the very good players out there who are not on a team right now. But that means nothing. Every single team has 5 or more guys worse than… say Westbrook.
    What this league needs is contraction not expansion.
    Of course I'm from AR, I live in MO. I know my Lakers will always be there. So who am I to crap on small market teams like Charlotte and the Clippers (😂)?

  4. I might be in the minority but I like Hayes. I think he gets a lot of hate from the refs for some reason. He gets called for breathing around guys.

  5. How about bronny and dalton, and EVEN Adou SEND them to G league, have them get more minutes of playing time, build their game, and if REAL team calls them up they’ll be more experienced!

  11. What I am most disappointed about this preseason is that we don't have two of the best players playing in them. I think with them in the lineup it would inspire the others and make them better. In the next game if these two don't play and the Lakers lose like they have been, I am going to just wait till regular season starts. I don't care what anybody says, the Lakers are selling themselves short, and this totally suck. This is more like summer league to me.

  18. It looks like LeBron cares about his own brand much more than about Lakes bball. For me, that is annoying. At this point I do not care a bit about LeBrons greatness. I mean, he opted in for max, right? Show us that you care about this team as well.

  19. I do want to see if Vando can last long enough to start.
    I love his intensity, but him being that locked in on D tires him out pretty fast.

    Id rather have a Vando go all out and play 20 minutes than have him play 30 by conserving energy.
    In which case id rather he came off the bench during clutch mid and end game moments

  22. All my love goes to Rui, but he needs to go to the bench or get traded, not only because of the bad things we've seen from him these last 2 games but because of the horrible defensive fit with Luka-Bron

He hasn’t done that but y’all wanna be mad that Bron did a funny commercial, just shut the hell up. How about we worry about how bad JJ has us looking out there and is full of excuses, meanwhile Dallas looks great.

  29. We still dont have any superior athletes , switchy players , players who can create off the dribble outside of the big 3 and outside of Vando who else is locking down on defense. I need to see Smart and what he has left . As constructed this is 5-8 team and yes I know we finished 3rd in the West but that aint happening this year with this team . OKC won with a star, youth, defense and athletes . We neeed at least two trades , I would like to see Rui and Knecht gone

  30. Rui has shot well over 40% from 3 the last two seasons. He's the best 3 pt shooter Lakers have. The playoffs from this year Rui averaged 15 pts on 48% from 3 and 49% from the field. The Rui hate train is nonsensical.

  31. Everyone mentioned Kobe’s last year being a huge distraction. Maybe different because Kobe’s wheels had fallen off but still all those young guys said what a mess that year was

    Rationale – Luka does not need an All-Star/All-NBA Caliber Ball Dominant Guard or Center!!!

  39. We know Lebron's decision wasn't to hustle, try to play every game or to play any defense that won't make him look good on a highlight that's for sure.. And before y'all say anything about his age I'll answer your question first "yes a MAX player no-matter what his age should do all those things" If not it's hurting your team'.. He should just play less minutes so he can make more of his minutes instead of taking every other play off, arguing with the ref everytime he misses a shot just so he doesn't have to run back in transition and being an absolute traffic cone on the defensive end and never closing out to shooters just looking at them like that's going to make them miss a 3!! He can't retire quick enough for a lot of Laker fans!! Offense w/o defense is an absolute negative in the league nowadays and he's the GOAT of that!! But you'll NEVER convince Pelinka of that!!

  41. The problem with us as Laker fans is that we are ready to trade players after a couple of preseason games. Kinect had 6 rebounds and three assists. He’s pressing on his shot.

  46. It doesn't matter what Rui looks like.We need defense.We can't have five guys on the court and none of them being defenders.If lebron was twenty eight, I'd say fine, but he's not.

    I would start marcus, smart luca, lebron vando and deandre ayton off the bench.We got reeves, and we got rui and jax to keep things balanced
