Yeah if you listen to all the doomers you’d think we were playing horrible football. We’re not. We’ve lost two games that were extremely close against one of the best teams in the league and the 49ers who have had our number for years. While also beating the Texans and Colts which are both decent teams.
This doesnt include special teams.
I am a bit over our FG operation and would like to see us be aggressive on 4th down where it makes sense but better play calling instead of handing it off to Kyreen up the middle. Lets lineup Ethan Evans in the tush push for god sake haha.
Not surprised at all. We are a couple of fluke plays away from being 5-0.
Why would you be surprised. Our offense has been great all season. The defense (despite a bit of a slip up Thursday) has been top half of the league
Find a way to stack wins even if it means you’re not playing the best. Really I don’t care about the optics of the game, just win. You don’t really want to be playing your best in September, October anyways. 2021 is proof of that. There is a thing as teams peaking too early. Even McVay has alluded to that.
We’re fucking good. The two losses have both come down to weird plays and self-inflicted wounds. Fix the protection on the FG operation and I think we’re primed for a run.
I mean, yeah, special teams so far has taken the team out back and shot them in the back of the head twice
