He’s the guy every fan and team probably hates but it’s good to have him on our side. Let’s hope he gets at least 20 goals in his return home for the redemption tour

  4. Funny how this fanbase has nothing but terrible things to say about this guy until he’s on our team. Now all those things that made him a shit person suddenly are positive things he brings to the table.

    I want him to succeed in Van but I’m not holding my breath that a 34 year old who barely played last season has much to give on the ice. I’m certainly not going to pretend like he has much to offer off the ice either.

  12. alternatively, we could not pretend that being good at hockey makes you a good person. spending all of last year talking and complaining about culture and then being ready and excited to embrace this guy is certainly a choice.

  17. Team needed toughness he just better score goals at that price tag. I’m sure he will but right now he might have trouble finding chemistry. Think he’d do well on Petey or Chytil’s wing but then we have no one with the kids.

    Lines will shuffle quickly I’m sure he’ll find his spot.

  19. As a Sharks fan, Kane was a great presence on the ice as a goal scorer and shit stirrer, even tho he had a lot of problems off the ice. A lot of opposing fans hate him but he’s the kind of player u wish u had on ur team. Wish him the best in Vancouver =)
