They have the scoring, goalie, coaches. I think it all depends on how much toughness the D can bring. Can’t count on Dostal nightly to save you.

I’m a huge shill for the new core, but at the same time, I can’t picture Leo Carlsson outscoring Connor McDavid quite yet.
Ducks are gonna surprise people this year just by virtue of being highly competitive, but I’m guessing a 1st or 2nd round knockout at best.
Reality of the situation is our top6/top4 are fairly good, but they still have development runway to complete, and the team won’t be “final-form” ready until Gudas, Killorn, Strome, etc are replaced with competitive contracts in free agency.
