5 Things We Learned from St. Louis Blues Training Camp

Hey folks, Joy Vitali here and Lightning McQueen and we want to give you our top five thoughts from training camp. Number one, how about them jerseys? Shout out Brenda. Unbelievable job. These road whites maybe. No, they are the best jerseys in the National Hockey League. Number two, this power play by the St. Louis Blues. It’s going to be good. It’s going to be elite. It was a top three power play last year post Christmas if you remember. Not to mention, how about this shooter? You may have heard of him, Jimmy Snugru. He can rip the puck. He’s on one of those units as well. this power play. It’s going to be good. Number three, we got a youth movement here in St. Louis. Carbono, can’t wait to see him play. We had a great camp from Otto Steenberg. Can’t wait to see his first call up. Dallasorski is going to be steady. He took another big step. We got a lot of young players and they’re going to be good. Number four, Dylan Holloway is a superstar. Had a great year last year, but I still think he just scratched the surface. He can score. He can skate. He can compete. He’s got an unbelievable attitude. I am telling you, watch 81. We need to sell more 81 jerseys this year because he is a rock star. Number five, we got a lot of hockey games coming up, folks. We have the best goalending tanm in the National Hockey League. Joel Hford and Jordan Bennington are going to split time, a lot of time, and they have to. 41 games before the new year. You’re going to need to have a good one and you’re going to have to have a good number two. And right now, the Blues, they have two of the best in the National Hockey League. Those are my five takeaways. Thank you, Lightning McQueen, for helping me out. Let’s go Blues.

Broadcaster Joey Vitale takes us through the 5 most important things we learned from 2025-26 St. Louis Blues training camp ahead of Opening Night vs. the Minnesota Wild on Oct. 9.
