[Maiocco] S Malik Mustapha was a full participant in 49ers practice as he returns after ACL surgery in January. When asked if he will still play with the same ferocity upon his return to action, he answered, “I didn’t get surgery on my brain.” He said he is ready to go.

  1. Hell yeah. Made me think of Prince playing Super Bowl halftime when he said “can you make it rain harder”

  2. Finally some good news. As the weeks go by I’m hoping we keep getting these little nuggets of good news because this start (while we’re 4-1 and beat the SOSAR, cards and hawks in the process) has been fucking brutal with all the injuries.

  3. So if he’s a starter or when he starts…. Does he replace pinnock or sigle? Will be interesting to see

  4. I really hope that doesn’t mean he’ll need season-ending surgery in a couple of weeks. Sometimes I like the ferocity of our guys but other times they just seem reckless. I think this contributes to why we get so many injuries.

  5. What a fucking epic reply. Can’t wait to see this heat seeking missile in action

  6. That’s a man who has already accepted the CTE that his chosen career will bring him.

  7. Bobby Boucher ass answer!

“They didn’t do surgery on my medulla oblongata….”
