    Dude is probably a #1 CB on several teams

    When you have a guy like Pat on one side of the field who else would the quarterbacks throw towards

    But even if he wasn’t, one play doesn’t change anything.

    He’s fine. He isn’t great, he isn’t bad, he’s fine

  3. I like this guy m. I blame it on youth as not every corner is gonna be Surtain but K have watched him get cooked, give up on routes and try to jump the ball and get torched. A few times he has simply got outran/outjumped. I hope Payton can get Bance to coach him up

  4. He’s frequently on an island by himself as a #2CB. It’s because of him that the Broncos are afforded the ability to blitz as often as they do

  6. ultimately, I found out fans are not smart. they don’t know about coverages, responsibilities or situations. they hear things on social media and just follow the narrative like sheep. rather than do any critical thinking.

    Riley moss in an above average CB. the coaches see him every day in practice and they also see Barron, draine and the dudes on the practice squad. Moss is better than them all. if you actually think you know more than vance Joseph, all youre doing is exposing yourself as an idiot lol

    if released today, Moss would be picked up in a second. I also wouldn’t be shocked to see him get a pretty good extension next summer.

  9. I’ll admit I get frustrated when he gets beat but that’s part of being at his position. If we could have 2 PS2s that would be great but this is the real world and he’s a real cb, and doing a good job at playing the other side from pat

  10. I don’t think it’s genuine hate that we’re seeing, just “rooting” in the moment.

    Riley Moss is playing extremely well and should be praised. Does nobody remember what happens when he’s out?

  11. i have my mixed feelings about riley. he has moments where i praise him and then he gives up a huge play or gets flagged for a dumb DPI in the most crucial moments. idk its hard for me to fully embrace him.

  12. Every time a blown coverage happens I see #21. He has had to line up against the literal #1 and #2 best WR2s in the league so I cut him some slack, but I’m tired of seeing him on an island getting burned up top. We have two pro bowler safeties for a reason.

  13. The problem is that we’ve been gifted to have lockdown DB, so now when he gives away some receptions some of our fans get angry. People needs to realize that not everyone can be lockdown DB like PS2.

    Is he as good as PSII, obviously not! but is he bad? Far from it!

  16. I read a stat today saying he is the most targeted corner so far this season. He has been targeted 40 times and gives up 1.3 yards per coverage drop back, which is the middle of the pack. It’s not bad considering he plays on the other side as the reigning DPOY and plays in a man defense scheme.

  17. Every week, I see highlights of big TD passes where a WR just torches the CB and strolls into the endzone, all over the league. I never see that with Moss. Sure, he gives up a big catch here and there, but never any significant YAC. And heck, who’s to say he can’t keep developing? He’s younger than Nix, who we unanimously agree is still developing.

  18. There’s a lot of fans that think we should win every game 49-0 and the opponent should never complete a pass.

  19. No hate against moss. He gets targeted a lot when they are avoiding ps2. He’s solid.

  23. People hate on Moss because he’s not Surtain, but get this, NO ONE ELSE is on Surtains level
