  1. Classic Brewers playoff game. No clutch hitting, our “ace” looks like shit, in general team looking like the moment is too big. Looked like deer in the headlights. Would love to think that they win game 5 but history tells me they will not. We are truly one of the least clutch teams in American sports. Just always so soft when the lights are brightest

  2. Had our chances again, this is why you have home field though I guess. Go get that last Win front of a wild crowd.

Let’s go boys, this team never quits, no reason they will now.

As a side note, Ron Darling can go fuck himself, he and the entire TBS product have been utter dogshit.

Edit: btw this is exactly what we did in the 2011 DS with the T-Plush walk off, we lost 3+4 in that series too.

  3. 9 Straight Playoff road losses.

3-10 in Franchise history in potential series clinching games

They got 3 hits today in a potential clinching game. 3 hits. They screwed around and let the Cubs back in this series. The pressure is supposed to be on them, but we let them control both these games.

Now we have to trust a bullpen in a game 5. I want to believe, but I have been disappointed so many times my expectations are so low.

  4. That was about as bad as it could have gone. No upsides.

Clean slate Saturday. Better leave this bullshit in Chicago.

  5. Utterly fucking pathetic.

Saturday is legitimately going to decide how I much I invest into this team moving forward. I will always root for the Crew, but if they seriously lose 3 playoff games in a row to the goddamned Cubs I am NEVER taking this team seriously again.

I don’t care if they win 20 games in a row or 100+ games in a season. Fool me once, fine. But fool me 7 fucking playoff appearances in a row and I’m out on thinking that this team will ever actually win anything.

  6. If we can put this away in game 5, all the stress and drama we feel now will be a footnote. All i remember is Nyjer Morgan.

  7. The most gross part about this game is that there isn’t a single positive to take away from it.

  8. Freddy today was not only the right choice, but the only choice. After last night’s blown start, none of Miz, Preister, Quintana, Patrick (for length) were available. We had no one to give length. Obviously didn’t work out (we also didn’t score, so….) but now we should have pretty much everyone to go on Saturday and no one will throw more than 2 innings. All hands on deck to capture the series.

  9. I have a lot of feelings right now but I’m going to wait to see what happens on Saturday before I share them.

See you all then. I hope we see the offense again then too.

  10. Felt like we would watch the first pitch go right down the middle and then swing at the crappy second pitch in almost every at bat. Bleh hope we wake up on Saturday

  11. Murphy deciding to switch up the lineup that was boat racing the cubs in the first 2 games is gonna be the reason we lose this series if they don’t execute at home. Worst decision he’s ever made, and he made it twice.

  12. If they blow a 2-0 run lead in the top of the 9th and a 2-0 game lead in a divisional series in back to back years, I don’t know if I’ll ever have faith in this team winning a playoff series.

Feels like I’d be entering a wait for Jesus Made mode because I sure as hell won’t be trusting anyone besides I guess Chourio in the meantime.

  13. The announcers were wrong. I did **not** want a winner-take-all matchup back in Milwaukee. I wanted the Brewers to win tonight so I could finally unclench my asshole. But *noooooo…*

  14. 3 hits. 3 hits in a game playoff game. 3 hits in a playoff game that was an elimination game.

I want to believe in this team but games 3 and (especially) 4 are making it really hard

  15. This whole shit looks different if we have Woody. We’ve been constantly fucked by injuries going back to Yeli’s goddamn kneecap.

  16. Lose on Saturday and there will be no reason to ever care about regular season brewers baseball again

  17. I want to say I’m surprised but I’m not. This team consistently chokes in the playoffs to teams that are supposed to be worse than them. Losing this series would be the biggest choke in brewers history and doing it to the Cubs is just icing on the shit cake

  18. The Brewers went 12-12 in the last month of the season. So far we are 2-2 in October. It all comes down to the last game to prove we are better then a .500 team to close it out.

  19. Didn’t mind the game 3 loss because we competed and just missed opportunities. Team looked dead tonight. Glad there is an off day to help reset

  20. A loss Saturday and im gonna have to leave the internet for a long while. Cubs fans are already insufferable.

  21. Knowing Wisconsin sports, I have an incredibly bad feeling for game 5. Hopefully I’m wrong

  22. I have a sinking feeling that game 3 will be the one that haunts us all. The bad priester start and 8th inning bases loaded and not getting a run in. Sickening.

  23. I’m hopeful for game 5, but so far it seems like the same youth/average Joes thing that gets us TO the playoffs also gets us OUT of the playoffs every year since 2018. Average Joes can’t handle the high intensity of the playoffs? We need a greater overpriced vet presence?

Game 3, it seemed like we had a shot. Tonight, they seemed to almost give up. I’m hoping it was just our Wrigley issue this year and that they turn things around on Saturday. Sure would help if Turang and Frelick would really step up too. 🙂 Step 1. Don’t give up first inning runs in Game 5!

  24. I really didn’t want a Game 5. Why do they do this to me? Why do we have to live on the razor’s edge?

Promise me that we shut them out in return on Saturday.
