The eagles ran the Tush Push *4 straight times.* They used it to get about a yard each time. At least one has sideline video of the false starts by multiple offensive linemen.
I am not really a “ban plays” person, but this is supposed to be profession football, not street fighter II. If one play *always* works and makes it easy to hide cheating then something should be done.
Maybe let the booth call flags on “bunched formation” plays where the Refs can’t see. I don’t know, but it seems like there should be no play in professional football you can run 4 times in a row for positive yardage. If it was a pass play at least the receiver has to actually catch the ball.
I really wish Veach had drafted Skattebo
Just imagine the amount of brain aneurysms, cardiac arrest, and strokes people would be having across the NFL landscape if it were the Chiefs running the Tush Push and lining up offsides and false starting like the Eagles do almost every time they run that play. That play would have been banned the same year they introduced it.
I slept SO good last night knowing that Philly fans saw their team get kicked out of the NLDS by a botched throw at home, only to switch to football and see their team get decimated by two frat boys lol.
Has Patrick Mahomes thrown more INTs to DBs or LBs in his career?
It seems like a lot of his interceptions are to a lurking linebacker in the middle of the fields that jumps a crossing route. Also, he has had his fair share of tipped balls intercepted.
Can anyone find the numbers for this?
