Cardinals Fall To Titans In Week 5 | Postgame Report

It feels like that’s now three games in a row that I’m saying the same thing. For the third straight week, the Cardinals lose by a walk-off field goal in a game the Cardinals had control of. Arizona falls 22-21 to Tennessee, handing the Titans their first win of the season. I’m Danny Surk. This is your postgame report presented by Arcomp. The Cardinals had every opportunity to close out this game after a fast start on offense and defense, leading by 18 at one point. It was self-inflicted wounds, costly penalties, a dropped ball crossing the goal line, and an offense unable to maintain early steam and sustained drives. Doesn’t come down to just one play. At two and three, head coach Jonathan Ganon says the clock is ticking for everyone in the locker room. You know, everybody in there from the staff to the coaches, the players to everybody in there, the clock is ticking. Like it doesn’t matter if you’re a number one overall pick, a Pro Bowl safety, a thirdyear head coach, uh a first year assist. It doesn’t matter. Like we have to do a better job to close out games. The Cardinals have to clean it up for a full 60 minutes and finish games stronger. They’ll use this week to look inward before heading to Indianapolis. As always, stay locked in all week long on acardinals.com.

A series of self-inflicted wounds and loss of momentum resulted in the the Arizona Cardinals Week 5 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

  1. The Cardinals could not beat a high school team. This is not a football team it is a clown show. Cardinals cannot stop anyone in the fourth quarter. What does this team and a dirty diaper have in common? They both stink. Another big loss next week. Sell your home game tickets. Don't subject yourself to this humiliation. Cardinals new defense name, "The No Stop Defense." The offense looked like it was lost.

  2. Sad this team will always be a “home town team” they will never be a nation wide team just a poverty home town loser team😂feel bad for people born in Arizona like u don’t have to rep where ur born just join a new team at this point like why do this to urself just saying

  3. This team is unwatchable. Fire Drew, he runs a high school offense. Wasting talent on this team as every season they get older. This team every year gives me so much hope all to be lost with pathetic execution of whats being promised. Bidwill needs to sell the team as he is driven by greed and not the love of the game.
