Sneaky Jodie Bioassi here on a Friday day after a epic epic h just what what’s the what’s the adjective that describes it? I don’t even know. It’s just really a tough tough start to the Buffalo Sabres regular season. A 4 nothing defeat at the hands of the New York Rangers. We’ll go through it all. What happened in the game? Not really the most stunning thing in the world for me that this team looked incapable of scoring goals coming out of the gates. Get to why I think some of the shot numbers in this game were a little fake. um and some other things that we noticed throughout the night, but we’ll get to the Josh Norris injury as well and a little bit on tomorrow night’s matchup against the Boston Bruins. So, that is all ahead. Welcome back. Welcome back to the season. And uh it feels uh feels all too familiar, doesn’t it? Last night, I’m in the arena and it was full building, packed. Don’t know how many times that will happen this season. Sabres did the work to make it packed, right? Like, you know, if you bought a 10 pack, you got a ticket included. Or if you went to Tim Hortons yesterday with uh where Payton Krebs was or two days ago, they were giving tickets away. Um or, you know, like whatever they they did the job. They got the building full and vibes were high. Was like a It is like a reunion in the building. It’s cool. Like, you know, never know who you’re going to see. I ran into a buddy that I hadn’t seen since high school yesterday. And I ran into another friend that I had seen in a year and just, you know, everyone’s back in the arena. Um, and everybody was feeling good going into the game other than the Ta Thompson chicken parm sandwich, which they only made 72 of, which is still unbelievable. Um, but it was great. So, I guess going forward, you got to get there an hour before the game if you want it. So, all that’s happening before the game and we’re like, “All right, we’re ready to go. Let’s go. National anthem.” You know, the crowd’s pretty into it. And then the game starts and it really never took off. There really was never even a moment. Like the fans I think all night were really wanting something to cheer about. Like the energy was there. It was pent up. But when did you get it? A a couple of times. Um there was a scrum yesterday where Zucker is into it and Ta is into it and Norris is into it. Um, and that that got the the crowd going a little bit, but that was pretty much it. Uh, no nothing obviously goalc scoring wise. Um, and it’s 11 to2 shots on goal, 12 to2 shots on goal through five minutes. So, we’ll go through more of the game uh coming up in a little bit. But I did feel like honestly, as much as the first game is obviously on the minds, and we will get to that, promise, I don’t think that’s the biggest story today. I I really don’t. It’s it’s one game and it’s a joke that this team on a 14-year playoff drought can come out and put that performance on the ice. Um, but it’s not honestly the most stunning thing in the world. So, that’s obviously a big story here is what happened on opening night and how could it possibly have gone so poorly. But I think the bigger story for the Sabres right now is not just one game. You could bounce back from one game. They could win tomorrow night in Boston and surprise everybody by being Colorado on Monday and everybody’s right back in to where we were a couple of days ago, but Josh Norris is hurt already. It took one game. Come on. of all the talk, of all the the couching, every single analysis of Josh Norris during the summer, I was getting tired of it because you have to remember to do it whenever talking about him in any respect, whether it was how he might help improve the power play or become a number one center that allows Taage Thompson to move over to the wing, how I think he could probably score more goals than Dylan Cousins did. how he’s good at faceoffs, how, you know, he can provide something for the Sabres as a two-way player. Every time you would make any point like that, you had to couch it with if he stays healthy. How many times did you hear me say or anyone that talks about the Sabres or writes about the Sabres, if he stays healthy when attached to Josh Norris? And we interviewed him on Tuesday on WGR. He worked this off season. He went back to Michigan with the strength and conditioning coach for the Buffalo Sabres, one of them. Worked at it, felt better coming into this season, than any of his previous three seasons. And for him, by the way, to get through a hard training camp where every it was really physical and a lot of other guys got hurt and to play big minutes in the preseason, right? Like he didn’t play all the preseason games, but when he did play, he was out there um and he was playing with Tae. though he’s playing and for the first regular season game to not end with him being healthy is flatout amazing and it is I guess what that trade was in essence, right? Like this is why Ottawa traded him away knowing that he probably is the better player than Dylan Cousins. They did not want to play the game anymore. They didn’t want to play the game of whether he’s going to be healthy for us or not, whether we can count on him, whether we can pencil him into a lineup, plan on him to play in these important roles or whether you have to have something else that’s ready to go in case he gets hurt. Like Ottawa didn’t want to play that game anymore. And that’s not new news to us. It was obviously mentioned when it was the trade that this is why you got him. This is why you might lose the trade. He might not be on the ice for you. one game though. It’s that bad. He plays three games for the Sabres last year, injured. He plays one game for the Buffalo Sabres this year, injured. And the update, I guess, is at this exact moment, as I’m sitting here on Friday afternoon, we don’t have an official update. The Sabres might have one by the end of today. We’ll see. But at the moment, if you didn’t, by the way, if you didn’t see the video, nothing really happened. It’s a faceoff. No real contact to speak of and he goes down in pain and he does not return. Weird. And they called it an upper body injury. There’s an injury Norah sustained with Ottawa a couple of years back that happened on a faceoff that looked eerily similar to what we saw last night. Not much contact. This Ottawa injury, there was a little bit more, but that didn’t seem to be where the injury came. It was almost the motion of the face off somehow caused a shoulder injury that he had to have surgery on couple of years ago. And that’s my fear right now that this is the shoulder again. And this is an an in an injury he’s had multiple surgeries on. He’s had other inj rehabs to it. And I I I’m wondering about the word like when do we start calling it a degenerative shoulder injury? Because if this part of his body can’t stick, can’t stay healthy, then we got a serious long-term problem on our hands. Not even just a short-term problem, which obviously is big, too. The Sabres might be without their number one center. It sounds like I think for a couple of weeks, that that seems to be the minimum at this point is he’s out for a couple of weeks. He was not at practice today, and that’s kind of the vibe right now, I think, from the team is it’s going to be a couple of weeks, but nothing official yet. But beyond just not having your number one center on the immediate, I mean, you could put Taige in the middle and, you know, you could try to get by without him. I don’t think it’s going to be that easy. But this guy’s under contract until 2030 at a big number. He’s their highest paid forward, and I don’t know if he’s ever going to be able to play for them. I don’t know if he can play in the NHL anymore. If that action last night can cause an injury to a guy, what do we think it would look like if he ever got to a playoff series, god forbid, right? Like how physical those can be. And we think he’ll make it through that. Your shoulders are especially are principal point of contact on most hits in the National Hockey League. So, I don’t know. I think this is a this is a bad bad sign for the long term with this player. And again, it’s why he was available. So, that’s the toughest news. Not that they lost last night and got shut out at home. That sucks. But the the guy they were counting on to stay healthy, which was already such a a risky move is blowing up in their face and it could not have happened quicker. So, don’t expect him to play tomorrow night against Boston. Uh, and at the moment, if you for the immediate, they call up Josh Dunn and they have Tyson Kak here. I know Rochester guys, right? mostly. I mean, Kak’s gonna go through waiverss, but these are AHL players. Uh, one of them’s probably going in for Norris and the other one’s going in, I think, for Mason Gearson. Um, not to go on the top line, but even you saw last night, no, Zack Benson. Um, the Payton Krebs lost on the top line and that did not look good. And then they put Jason Zucker up on the top line and that looked better. But then Zucker’s not with Koulique and Tuck anymore. And now that line doesn’t look very good in part because Jack Quinn at a horrible night. He’s not going to be able to jump up in the top six, I don’t think, right now. So they’re getting thin. You better cross your fingers Zack Benson is ready to go and is ready to take a step forward this year because they are out of ideas for top six wingers and it’s the second day of the regular season. When we come back, more on the top six, the struggles to score, what happened last night, some of the numbers, why I think the shot totals were a little fake, uh, for the Buffalo Sabres. We’ll get to all that coming up here on the Locked On Sabres podcast. Today’s episode of the Locked On Sabres podcast is presented by FanDuel Sportsbook. Head over to FanDuel right now. Stinky Jody Biosi back here on the Lockdown Sabres podcast. 0 and one 01 and0 for the Buffalo Sabres. Um not a great start. So last night, couple of things that we saw against the New York Rangers. We saw a team that got in the Sabres that got run over early on in the game. The entirety of the first 10 minutes of action were spent down in the Sabres end of the arena in front of Alex Lion, who by the way looked good. Alex Lion looked really, really good. Uh he is the only reason they were in that game for as long as they were. It could have been three nothing in the first 10 minutes, honestly. Um, the first sequence is a breakaway that the Rangers barely missed off the opening faceoff, which how about that if that moment had happened. Um, very close. And then the next shift, Mika Zabanesad wide open one-time in a quality scoring area and Alex Lion is able to fly over and make a blocker save. Um, again, keeping the Sabres in it early on when they really weren’t. How about that? I mean, how are you so flat to start at home your first game of the season? Um, but they were the goalie showed up. Um, so at the end of it, the Sabres, they’re down one- nothing for the majority of the game. They do end up leading the game in shots on goal, 37- 33. A lot of that obviously coming in the final 50 minutes of the game. The first 10 minutes they they lose the battle 12-2. From there on, they outshot the New York Rangers 35 to 21. Good. That’s a good performance, right? However, the Buffalo Sabres really stacked up a lot of their scoring chances or a lot of their shot attempts, I should say, from the outside. The Sabres were along the perimeter. I think that the Rangers did a very good job of keeping the Sabres at bay and pushing them out to the wall. Um, not a lot of shots from the middle of the ice from the Buffalo Sabres last night and those are the quality scoring areas. Those are the places that you need to go that you got to have the guys that are skilled enough to get to those areas. Instead, it seemed like the Sabres were just hunting the dirty goal all night. that that’s what they were going after. That they were settling for let’s crowd the front of the net and let’s fire shots from the point. Let’s fire shots from the wall. Let’s hope a puck goes off a leg. Let’s hope we can cash in on a rebound. And you do need to score some goals like that, but you also need to have a good blend of that and also having Tae Thompson, Josh Norris, uh, Alex Tuck, coming in on the rush, um, getting the Rangers off balance and and dropping it back to a forward in the high slot, getting a one-time or two a guy in a faceoff circle. Like, these are the chances that you need to have also. though, and they had a few, but they were not they were not constant throughout the entirety of the hockey game. So, and the numbers do kind of back this up. Like, at the end of it, it’s 68 shot attempts. It’s 37 shots on goal. Both beating out the Rangers who had 61 shot attempts and 33 shots. But scoring chances 24 to 20 in favor of the New York Rangers. Expected goals were 3.0 to 2.6 in favor of the New York Rangers. So, you outshot them, but the quality of the chances was not there from the Buffalo Sabres. So, honestly, I wasn’t impressed with their offensive effort at all. They did the thing that they said they were going to do. They were going to be tougher to play against. They were going to keep pucks out of the back of their own net. And for 57 minutes, they showed an ability to do that. They were I thought they were pretty good at stifling the New York Rangers. Um, and that was without their second pair. No Owen Power, no Michael Kessler. Uh, other than the Bryson Ryan Johnson combo, who I think got run over every time they were out there. The rest of it looked fine. Timonss and Samuelson, not a bad first game. Playing more minutes in a at a higher role than they’re supposed to. They’re supposed to be your third pair. I thought they looked fine as your second pair. Even Dalene was a was a was an animal. He was great in this game. Uh, as you would expect. Byum was good with with Diene. So, they did a good chance overall team defense. did a good good job overall team defense and Lion as I mentioned looked really good to me. Um no plan offensively other than getting those dirty goals and they can’t live like that. So you you sure had some injuries but Zack Benson and Jordan Greenway are not the guys that you are expecting to come in and score 25 30 goals for you. The Josh Norris was in the lineup last night. Ta Thompson was in the lineup last night. Alex Tuck, Yuri Koulik, Jason Zucker, Jack Quinn, Ryan Mloud, Josh Don, the guys that I mean most of their top nine forwards were there and that’s how it looked. Embarrassing, embarrassing effort. And color me surprised. I know I did go a little back and forth. I probably spent 80% of the offseason believing that this team’s biggest problem was going to be they’re not going to be able to score goals. Last couple weeks I started to turn on that convinced like, okay, Koulique taking a step, Benson taking a step, Thompson’s amazing. I bought in on the Josh Norris hype a little bit and I bought in on, okay, maybe they are going to have enough goals. Now I look at it though and think, can’t believe I kind of fell for it. 23 days ago when they showed up to training camp, I lost my mind a little bit and so did a lot of our listeners. I know from our text club, this is true that when Kevin Adams gave his opening press conference at training camp on September 17th, he got a question about who was going to replace the goals that were vacated by JJ Purka. Lindy Ruff got a similar question later, but on Adams, he got asked that question and his quote was, “Honestly, it’s less about who’s replacing the goals and how are we not giving up as many?” Lindy gave a similar sentiment later on. It was the attitude of the organization to say, “We’ll be fine. We’re good. We don’t we don’t need to worry about scoring goals. We need to worry about keeping pucks out of the back of our own net.” And in essence, what they then did is ignored offense throughout the offseason. Ignored goal scoring. They added defense, they added grit, and they ignored replacing the production that JJ Burka left. And 23 days later, they get shut out. Zero goals and didn’t particularly come close all that often. I know Igor Shurken was in goal. Rasmus Alene gave that excuse immediately after the game. What happened in the game? He threw his hands up just what are you going to do? Elite level goalender. I don’t think they really tested Sturkin. That’s an easy game. That’s one of the easier games I shenan to have all year. 37 shots. He’s not afraid of that. That’s cardio for him. The no Ryan Mloud had one in front of the net where he was along the ice. Um and you would like a better shot there from Mloud. That was a decent chance. Uh Tae had a couple like they were a little bit closer, not the best angles, but for the most part everything was on the outside. That was the vibe of the game and I don’t think that was a tough game for Shurkin. So I I actually disagree with Rasmus Alien. I don’t think the reason they lost that game was Igor Shurkin at all. I think the reason they lost that game uh was because this organization ignored goal scoring during the offseason and not every game will look like that. They’re they’re going to score tomorrow against Boston, right? They’re going to score on Monday against Colorado. They’ll have a couple of games where they score four or five. They’ll have a stretch throughout the year probably where they score four or five a few times in a row, but I think you’re going to see a lot of games that looked like last night. And I’m really worried that by the end of the year, you’re going to look up and you’re going to see that they were one of the least scoring teams in the NHL. So, elsewhere in this game, the goal uh scored by Alexis Lafrrennier. I mentioned that the Bryson Ryan Johnson pairing got beat in this game. They’re on the ice. I mean, the five players on the ice to give up the one goal that really decided the game in the first period. It’s Bryson and it’s Ryan Johnson out there on the blue line. It’s Ryan Mloud. It’s Beck Menstein and it’s Mason Gearston who takes a dumb penalty five minutes into the game as if nobody could have predicted that. I actually l looked over Jeremy White at one point I went to the game with and I said like how long until he takes a dumb penalty? Like minus 600 I think I said. Like I would bet that right now that he’ll take a dumb penalty and like two minutes later he did it because he can’t skate and he’s reaching out with his stick be because he’s not on par with these other guys out there on the ice. So he’s got to overcompensate by reaching and what happens? Stick gets it between the guy’s feet tripping and the other team goes to the power play. He’s not an NHL player by any means. Is he an NHL player? and he only placed four minutes last night, but it’s just a total total waste of a roster spot and waste of a lineup spot. And I knew it the second that they started talking about him that he was probably going to play and that this is how it was going to look, especially on a night where he doesn’t even fight. Rey’s on the other team. How many times are you going to play where you have a guy on the other side of the ice that’s an enforcer like you are that’s a heavyweight that’ll even be willing to go with you? Rey was there. The crowd was waiting for something to get juiced up about. That’s the only reason this dude is in the NHL. He didn’t even do it. If you’re just going to be out there playing hockey, there’s no there’s no use. Net negative every single time he’s on the ice. So, I hope you know he doesn’t see the ice again for the Buffalo Sabres. We’ll see. I don’t think he’ll play tomorrow. I think they’ll probably go with Kak and they probably go with Dunn. Um, it’d be stunning to me if he plays tomorrow, but you never know. All right, so um Oh, but anyway, so I’m sorry I got on a rant there. That was easy. The goal, I mean, it happened the way you might expect. Jacob Bryson, smaller defenseman, he gets boxed out by Alexis Lafrrenier along the post and he’s able to muscle it through Alex Lion at a bad angle and is able to get that game-winning goal early on. So, listen, you could blame Bryson, you could blame Johnson if you want on that shift. Bryson more so. Um, you’re hoping these are players that are not going to have to play when everybody’s healthy. That’s the injury excuse I will give them is on that play specifically. You’d like for your 5’8 defenseman to not be the one that’s trying to uh to win a battle in front of the net. One of your 63 guys uh hopefully would be one of those. So, the Rangers not all that impressive to me. Um, but I do think uh they did a good job defensively against the Sabres last night. When we come back, look ahead at the Bruins a bit and what the lineup might look like. Um, look through some of the betting odds as well, what Boston’s up to. They’ve won two games already this year, so that’s all ahead here on Locked On Sabres. Welcome back to the Locked On Sabres podcast. Sneaky Joe Debiasi. We are heading into Sabres and Bruins, the lone road game here in the first couple weeks of the season. The Sabres play in Boston tomorrow night and then it is three home games in a row for the Buffalo Sabres which uh will begin with the uh they have the Panthers in there. They have the Avalanche obviously on Monday. That’s the next home game. And then Ottawa. Did that way out of order? Colorado, Ottawa, Florida in order. the next three home games, two of them being afternoon games. Um, this Boston road game right here is the worst team that you’ll probably play. Now, they have started 2 and 0, the Bruins have. Um, but that lineup is largely like it’s it’s half an AHL lineup. Um, it’s David Postnok and a bunch of dudes. Um, top six for Boston, just to put it out there for you. Alias Lindholm, David Posterno, Morgan Geeky again. Lindholm maybe bounces back but was not good for them last year. Geeky had a nice season. Middlestat, Casey Middlestat as the second line center. He did score last night by the way. Victor Arvdson who was a healthy scratch throughout the playoffs for Edmonton and Pavl Zaka who got demoted last year for Boston after a pretty tough year. And then the the the again the bottom six just a lot of guys you’ve never heard of. So really thin unit for the Bruins, but again, two wins on the year. Both wins kind of look the same to me, which is their plan all year is going to be lock it down. Like I think this they’ll play the Sabres tomorrow the way the Rangers played the Savers, which is let’s not allow them anywhere near the middle of the ice. Keep them to the outside. will give him 40 bad shots and we trust that our goalender is going to make all of those saves and not give up an easy one. And while Jeremy Swayman not as good as Igor Schester Sturken, he is very talented. He’s highly paid. That’s going to be their plan a lot of this year. And I absolutely expect that to be their plan against the Buffalo Sabres tomorrow night. It is how they beat the Washington Capitals. They got outplayed in that game. Their opening night game was the first of a back-to-back. That’s a good Capitals team that they’re playing and they were not nearly the better team. They went three to one because Jeremy Swayman had a nice night and their goalie outplayed the Washington goalender last night against Chicago. They did look like the better team, but Chicago’s one of the three worst teams in the league. And it wasn’t like it was, you know, what were the expected goals in that game? Um, you know, at the end of it for both teams, it is I guess it was it was pretty lopsided in favor of Boston, 3.8 to 2.0. So, I’ll give them that. I still expect they’re going to be around Chicago in the standings, but that’s a bad team that they looked really good against. So, chalk that up to Chicago. Chalk that up to maybe the Bruins are better than I think, but I don’t think so. I think this is a bad team. Sabres are more talented. Are they more talented going into tomorrow night? That’s a better question, right? Like, no. Josh Norris, no Zack Benson who was in the hospital by the way recently because of that cut in his face. No Owen Power maybe. Like if all these guys are going to miss and you’ve got Josh Dunn in there and you got Tyson Kak in there and Bryson’s playing and Johnson’s playing and you start to whittle it down and you might go, “All right, maybe they’re not a better team as currently constructed than the Boston Bruins are.” So have not decided yet what I like for my best bet in this game at the moment. Like I’m we’re gonna be keeping record of this all year. My record betting against the Buffalo Sabres record. I think I could beat the Sabres this year. Um and their record. I’m hoping their record is good and is winning, but obviously I’m hoping mine is too. So I’m one and0 on the year with my betting record for the Sabres and the Sabres are 01 and0. I had the under last night my under six and a half goals. Um, say I think this is a game where I want to be on Boston, but I don’t like the number at this point. Minus 120. If it was a pick them, I’d be more likely to do it. So, I’m going to put it off for now. Um, and tomorrow, if you’re in the text club or on Twitter, put it out then what my best bet is. Um, and if not, we’re make a rule right now because this is this is how you should be as a as a sports better. If you don’t like anything on the game, just don’t take anything. It’s you gotta you gotta not take anything. You just have something just to have something. And at the moment, not everything’s up. They don’t have the shot props up yet. They don’t have the goalie props up yet from what I’m looking at. That’ll come probably at some point on Saturday. And then, uh, we’ll re-evaluate. Um, and if, by the way, I decide not to pick anything, I’ll just put that in the overtime loss column. Tie, overtime, loss, whatever. If I decide not to take something, you know, I’m not going to give myself a win for it. So, uh, at the moment, I don’t like anything. But the Sabres are an underdog. They’re plus 100. The Bruins are minus 120. Um they’re on the road. They’re missing a lot of pieces. So that’s And the overunder, by the way, is at five and a half. Un. It’s last night it was 6 and 1/2. Over under five and a half, although under is plus 110. So that’s what you’re looking at for the betting odds. I don’t know. I think Jeremy Swayman probably plays tomorrow. Um they are fresh off a backtoback. So I think Swayman after I think they split Corposalo played last night. I don’t think there’s any reason why Swayman wouldn’t play against the Sabres. And I think you put Alex Lion right back out there for the Sabres. I think Lions got to play um until he stops performing well. Said that yesterday. He played well I thought in the first game. So I would uh I would keep rolling with that if I were the Buffalo Sabres. Tomorrow at 7 against the Bruins. Uh stay again. Stay tuned. I’ll get my best bet out to you uh tomorrow. We’ll see any lineup updates. I waited around today to see if we got a Josh Norris update before the show. That did not come. Um, so, uh, stay tuned for some news on on Norris. The Buffalo Sabres could not have had a worse season opener against the New York Rangers, on a night where the team did not score a goal, and their number one center, Josh Norris, was already injured. Just how much of a disaster is it to have Norris already hurt? Sneaky Joe talks the short-term and also long-term downside of this Norris injury.

With the Rangers shutting out the Sabres, why we should likely expect a lot of games this season to look like a struggle scoring, as last night did. What should we expect from Sabres vs. Bruins tomorrow night?

  1. This organization is completely dysfunctional with no structure or game plan besides to save as much money as possible try to make the playoffs, funny how they didn't mention any front office names last night before the game, just players and coaches. I guess Pegula and Adams didn't want to hear all the boos again like last year. Why are people shocked Norris is hurt again but his injury is going to save Adams job because the excuse will be injuries, that's what we are good at making excuses. Benson is worthless but here they are making it sound like he's the savior.

  2. I don’t care if it sounds ridiculous but I think it’s a fireable offense. This was my last straw for adams. Unreal. An 8 million dollar player in your top 6 is probably never going to play or pan out for you. It was a risk that this team couldn’t afford to take a chance on.

  3. The plug and play crap is pretty ridiculous too. If Benson is going to be out of the lineup, then don't just throw Krebs up on the tope line. Shift the lines up, throw Tuch or Zucker on Line 1 and fill the bottom 6. Krebs on line 1 is hilariously bad.

  4. I honestly thought about posting this before the season but ima post it now I guess. When Norris gets back make him the 3rd line center. Limit his ice time and make him a powerplay weapon. We need him to make keeping him healthy a priority until he can string together 20-30 games. God seeing him go down sucked so bad

  5. Sens fan here, absolutely gutted for Josh Norris and if this is his shoulder again I would be surprised if he plays again. He would be a 35 to 40 goal scorer if this never happened to him.

  6. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to mess with Rempe ! The guy is Frankenstein ! Would Sabres fans feel any better if they saw their " enforcer " get his ass kicked by a monster ? To make it even worse, Rempe isn't a bad hockey player 😢

  7. How do the Sabres recover from this disaster? They have to do whatever it takes to get Norris the heck off their team; what a full and complete disaster. They should sue him for fraud. That kid is a scammer 100%

  8. literally why is anyone surprised its the sabres like im convinced joe just doesnt watch puck the same way we do he somehow tslked himself into thinking that this year was gonna be different

  9. To solve the scoring woes, the Sabres use their roster spot to call up Josh Dunne, another guy with 0 career points. If you are going to dress goons, then maybe they should at least act like goons.

  10. Adams is terrible ! What a disgrace of a proud franchise and this man has them a joke of the NHL Terrible decisions made by management. Please Please bring in someone that understands hockey and make this a team that compete for a playoff position. No depth ; no toughness ; no idea what is this organization is doing. Love Lindy and assistant coaches need to go before December. Adams should be fired by next week.
