fans are the Tennessee Titans and Chicago Bears potentially in trade talks about Jeffrey Simmons. We released a report on my ex page yesterday at Titans Rossy and it basically said this, “Our ears are ringing. Is there a possible trade with the Chicago Bears looming with the Tennessee Titans?” Now, I left it with that for a little bit and it kind of went viral. So, I made another post basically saying, “Titans fans, what would you take in return for a trade to the Chicago Bears for Jeffrey Simmons?” Basically confirming that it is Jeffrey Simmons. Um, we have a reliable source here at the Titan Upload Network and we basically heard that the Chicago Bears have at least called or at least inquired about what the Tennessee Titans would want for Jeffrey Simmons. And honestly, it makes sense for the Chicago Bears. They only have five sacks as a team this year. They’re really struggling as far as um the pass rush department. And Jeffrey Simmons is an absolute monster. He already has three and a half sacks this year. He’s looking like he’s in the best shape of his career. He’s 28 years old and he’s one of the best defensive linemen, if not top three defensive linemen in the NFL. So the question is, what would Titans fans want? What would you want in return for Jeffrey Simmons? Now, you know, as far as the salary cap concerned, the Bears are only $8 million under the salary cap. So, they would have to do some finagling to make this happen. A lot of uh people have said, you know, we would take DJ Moore. Um DJ Moore currently has a $24 million salary cap hit with the Chicago Bears. Jeffrey Simmons salary is about $24 million this year. So, um, that could be something that could make it work. Um, you know, it really depends on, you know, the salary cap, I think, is kind of a myth nowadays. You know, teams seem to make things happen when they have nothing. So, I think it is a possible scenario uh for the Titans and the Bears. It would give Cam Ward a weapon in DJ Moore that he desperately needs. Um, DJ Moore is 28. Jeffrey Simmons is 28. DJ Moore still has some left in the tank. probably get at least two or three years of good production out of them. So, I don’t know. Let us know what you think in the comments.
