At a certain point you’d think MLB itself would step in. Makes no sense to have a league where some programs are working in state of the art space age facilities while others are run like bad high school programs.

But the stadium will still be packed for the 34th Mike Trout Bobblehead release. I haven’t been to a game in two years and don’t plan on it until arte either sells the team or dies.

Things like this make me feel like some of the big contracts we’ve handed out and all the injuries in general along with terrible player development, all stem from Arte not spending on things necessary to get better or even maintain good health. If he’s not spending on stuff like even a treadmill or here being AC in workout areas.. imagine how bad the conditions and supplies (lack of a better word) are for our minor league affiliates. People blame Rendon or talk shit on him or even Stephenson, Pujols for declining so quick.. a bevy of other signings, whatever the case; heck you can even include Trout. But, stuff like this wouldn’t leak out or even come about if they weren’t even remotely true, because why would someone lie about stuff like this? Arte is clearly the problem which we all know and it really does trickle down because we can’t stay healthy, aren’t great at developing young players, and really only do enough to stay somewhat relevant. It’s hard for me to really blame any of these players for anything because Arte just doesn’t care in any sense. He’s worth several $billion and this is his product? Let’s not even get into Hamilton’s relapse or Skaggs’ death. Just sad overall. We support this team like no other but are met with carelessness and less than mediocrity.
Only if we lived in a major metropolitan area where there are more HVAC companies than you could ever imagine existing to choose from and probably would be fighting each other at the chance to win a contract to service The Big A.
Was this at the Anaheim stadium? Bc Anaheim DOES NOT get THAT hot. But I can see it getting hot if he was in am enclosed room with little to no ventilation. Then again if they aren’t making much money from ticket sales or whatever else they can’t fix stuff like this bc a lot of the money likely goes to paying the players and whatever else right?
